Description: during a game a beater almost runs into the seeker and just a small crush develops (I LIKE HARRY POTTER OKAY?)

The crowd roared as Gryffindor scored again. They were leading against Hufflepuff. All they had to do was find the snitch. No one was worried as the newest member of the team was the seeker. Being his first game nobody knew what he was capable of. Come to think of it the Gryffindor seeker hadn't been seen streaking after a tiny golden glint. Astrid was to busy smacking a Bludger away from a chaser to notice the Hufflepuff seeker speeding towards her. He gave a yell of warning and Astrid steered her broom out of the way. In the nick of time too. He flew past chasing the tiny ball. Merida the other seeker went after it as well.

"Astrid! Look out!" She screamed.

The blonde yelped diving down then noticing the Bludger chasing after Merida. Giving chase she smacked it towards the Hufflepuff chaser.

"AND HUFFLEPUFF TAKE THE GAME!"

"What!" Astrid yelled.

Whipping her head towards the seeker. The golden snitch in his hand. Merida's hair seemed to be sparking in rage.

"I didn't even see him get that." Snotlout pulled up beside her.

The teams flew back to the change rooms. Astrid started to walk back to Gryffindor's common room when someone tapped her shoulder. The seeker.

"Look I'm sorry I almost killed you accidentally. I promise if I did knock you off I would of caught you." He rambled.

"It's ok. I see why your Hufflepuff. Apologising to someone you don't know." The girl smirked.

"Heh yeah. My dad wasn't to happy however. He was hoping for a Gryffindor so I could keep the family tradition going. Nope. The hat took its time. 3 minutes going on about kind and smarts then bravery."

"I remember you. Hiccup right?" She slightly tilted her head.

"Yeah that's me and you?"

"Astrid. I actually think we have Herbology together."

He nodded his auburn fringe bouncing with his movements. Suddenly Astrid was getting pulled away from the boy. Anna the team captain was pulling her away. Laughing and giving a small wave, Hiccup walked off. Astrid smiled at the boy.

"Arghhh. Can't believe we lost. Now we have to go up against Ravenclaw. Elsa will never let me live it down if I lose." Anna complained.

"Oh stop whinging you. Hey look there's the Fat Lady." Astrid pointed at the portrait.

"Rocksteady." Anna said and the portrait swung open.

The pair climbed up and sat down in a chair. As the fires crackled other teammates poured in. Merida ,still fuming, stormed in.

"LOSING AGAINST HUFFLEPUFF! I BASICALLY HAD THE SNITCH THEN HE ZOOMED IN AND GRABBED IT!" She yelled.

"Calm down Merida. We still can still win. Just need Hufflepuff to lose against Slythrien and we need to beat Ravenclaw." Aster said looking up from his Charms textbook.

"STILL! Hufflepuff of all the houses." Her hair was sparking as she stomped of to her room.

Astrid found her mind traveling back to the cute Hufflepuff. His emerald green eyes and his auburn hair that slightly covered his eyes. Anna leaned over and smirked.

"What?"

"You've got a crush." She sang.

"No I don't." Astrid could feel the heat creeping up into her cheeks.

"Oh come on. I know this stuff. My sister is dating someone. I knew when she had a crush. I've dated two guys and still together with one. Asty my dear you have a crush." Anna giggled rolling onto her back.

"I don't." She stated firmly.

"Well I know your stubborn I'll leave you alone. Anyway I'm gonna go see Kristoff. Ciao." She jumped of the armchair and walked out of the common room.

Astrid probably would never admit it but she had developed a small crush on the Hufflepuff seeker. What she wasn't aware of was Hiccup also developed one on the Gryffindor beater.

About two weeks later after Hufflepuff had won against Slytherin. Astrid and Hiccup crossed paths again. Literally. Books went flying as the two ran into each other. Astrid lost grin on her wand and it flew in the air smacking Hiccup on the head.

"Sorry." They both muttered as they collected their sprawled out books.

"By Merlin's beard. Isn't this the second time we've crashed into each other." Hiccup raised his eyebrow.

"No it's the first. We almost collided." She picked up her wand.

"Whatever. Hey do you want to get lunch later?" He asked helping the blonde up.

"Yeah sure."

"Ok now I've got to get to Potions. Or Snape will have my head." He ran off.

Astrid smiled and waved at the boy.

"Not having a crush my ass!" Anna yelled out.

"Shut up!" Elsa shushed her younger sister.

"She's knows we're here now." Rapunzel smacked both her cousins' heads.

Astrid shook her head and walked off. Maybe she had a small crush on Hiccup. Only a little one.
