"This damn snow is getting to be on my last nerve." Sam moved away from the window and grumbled some more as he tried to make himself warm underneath his pile of blankets in a chair.

"We can't do raids on facilities if it's snowing." Natasha aaid.

"Yeah but guess who also can't find us if there's a shit ton of snow?" I added as I flipped the page in my book. I was laying in front of the fire place in my best efforts to get warm and stay that way.

"That just means traveling will be harder on our part." Steve sighed out. "Tracks will show who's been on and off this road recently."

"Then we don't use the driveway." Bucky suggested. "We keep the truck up here for emergencies and we get another car and stash it somewhere else."

"Yeah, where are we going to stash a stolen car, Barnes?"

"Shut up, Wilson."

"It's been two days since the snow started and it's only getting worse." Natasha looked to Steve. "Maybe we should leave."

"And go where?" Sam asked her. "We've got no where else to go. All of Widia's places aren't up for debate and if cops or Feds happen to catch her with us, her ass is burned more than it already is and then we'll have even less than we have now."

"If we stay here, we risk getting snowed in and starving to death." Bucky debated.

"We get out there and we freeze to death. Hell, I don't know about you and Cap over there, but Natasha, Widia, and me can't take those temperatures out there for very long."

I started to ignore the argument and just focused on my book. I turned the page and rolled over on to my stomach. The feeling of someone watching me made me become distracted while I was reading, so I looked up and met Bucky's gaze. He didn't look away or say anything, he just continued to watch me. I rolled my eyes softly and returned my gaze to the book.

"I'm gonna make a run for food. I don't care how high that snow is." Natasha stood up. "Who wants to come with me?"

"I'm keeping my ass right here and staying warm." I told her.

"I second that." Sam agreed with me.

"Somebody's gotta go with her." Steve sighed out.

"You go then." Sam told him sassily.

"I went last time."

"And?"

".... I'll play you for it."

"Fine." Sam pulled his arms out from underneath the blankets and they played a quick game of rock, paper, scissors. Sam lost because he always picked paper first. "Son of a bitch."

"Stay warm, Wilson." Bucky lightly grinned as Sam continued to curse while he got up.

"Kiss my ass, Barnes."

"You'll be civil with her?" I heard Natasha asked Steve.

"Yeah. We'll be fine."

"I'll go stay in the bedroom if you're that worried about it." I offered, moving to sit up and take Sam's spot.

"No, you're fine." Natasha told me. "Just play nice. Don't burn anything down. You two can fight when I get back." I rolled my eyes at her and opened my book.

"If you keep rolling your eyes they might fall out." Bucky said, his words catching me by surprise. I lifted my brows and brought my eyes up to meet his.

"Oh really?"

His little smile didn't last long before he closed his eyes in an attempt to get some sleep.
