i had a vision

a safe place

where every race

could express

without regret

inner thoughts

heart fought

voices heard

every word

inspiration to all

i had a vision

where colours fade

friendships made

a united tongue

where every one

inspired

and desired

where helping hands

and ... "i understand"

is the credo call

i had a vision

where religions love

and the white dove

olive branch proud

proclaiming loud

there is peace within

brothers, sisters, friends

no more you and we

just a collective we

gathered within these walls

i had a vision

and because of you

the Poets of the world

my vision came true

may my vision last forever

and grow forever more

from my heart to you

within Poets Pub doors
