My Magician
To- My father
All my scars you try to heal,
All my flaws you mend
My mother is my mother
But you Accha- are my friend
Your white hairs play hide 'n seek
But you refuse to dye in life
For they're bio-tatoos for memories
Of your son, daughter and your wife
My mother helped when I was hungry
But you cured my hunger for knowledge,
Of my questions, of my curiosity,
For my interests you did encourage
Now you're the one who questions ask
And I am the one who answers give,
You say your life is over
And it is time for me to live
You are a magician- without any wands,
But you're magical- I do believe,
Be my guide till my end
Magician- do you have one more trick up your sleeve?
