"Answer me Lance! Were you here? Ikaw ba ang laging naghahatid sa akin pauwi?"

Hindi ito sumagot.

"Lance! Tell me!"

"Yes."

"Why? Why were you following me? Why did you still care for me? Sinaktan kita Lance! Iniwan kita! Bakit ginawa mo parin sa akin yun? You should have been hating me not taking care of me!"

"Believe me I want to hate you but I can't"

"Why?" eto nanaman ang mga luha na bumabagsak mula sa aking mga mata.

"Because"

"What? Tell me!"

"Because I love you Pat always have and always will!"

LANCE POV

I love her so much that choosing to forget her was never in my option. When she left me, I know she has her reasons at sa bawat bansa na mapuntahan niya andun ako. I just want to make sure she's safe and that she is not alone in this, because that is what love is for. 

"But --- "

"Pat, pagod na akong tumakbo, lumayo, at mapag-isa sa mga problema noon. Several times I've tried to runaway thinking that we don't deserve each other. Thinking that maybe we can solve each other's problems individually. That's why I chose to stay by your side because as I've told you I have no plans of leaving you again, never."

"But I was the one who left you."

"I know and I've seen your struggles. You've had your share of pain as I've had mine. But I just can't leave you alone Pat, I just can't. I love you and I can't even start to imagine loving someone else."

I was trying to reach her pero laking gulat ko nalang na isang malakas na sampal ang binigay niya sakin.

"Really Lance? You can't even start to imagine loving someone else? Ano yung kagabi ha? Are you kidding me?"

"Ano bang pinagsasabi mo?" 

"Ewan ko sayo! May pa missing piece-missing piece ka pang nalalaman ka dyan! Baby girl, baby girl. Baby girl mo mukha mo! Bahala ka sa buhay mo Lance!"

Itinulak pa ko nito para makadaan sa entrance ng hotel. Padabog itong umaakyat ng hagdan at naririning kong kinakausap ang sarili.

"Pat!"

"Bahala ka sa buhay mo!"

"Patricia"

"Patricia!" at parang bata itong minomock ang sinasabi ko.

"What do you want me to do? Ano pa bang dapat kong gawin?"

"It's her or it's me"

"Sino?"

"Eh di yung baby girl mo." iritang irita pang sabi nito.

"That's different." 

"How different? Enlighten me Lance. Kasi parang di ka makadecide."

"You are the love of my life." nakita kong parang nagpipigil ito ng kilig dahil naglip bite siya.

"But not the one that completes you."

"You do complete me."

"Yeah right. Kakasabi mo lang kagabi." 

"I told you that's different!"

"Ewan ko sayo Lance! Matutulog nalang ako."

"No!"

"Ano ba?"
