I somehow had the power to switch lights on and off using my hand. My hand would need to be touching a surface first (like my other hand), and I'd flick it up or down, depending on what I want to do with the lights. I was in my yard, and practiced on a neighbors house. They turned the lights on, and I pointed my hands at the window from my yard, looking closely like you look when about to shoot a gun, and waved my hand down onto my other hand and the lights went off. I then waved it up from the surface of my other hand, and the light went on. I could do this with any light, as long as I could see it, and my waving hand was touching a surface first. It felt like a video game move.
