Under a huge pool, with two large traffic bridges above. It could have been a river, but it looked more like a public pool, with a cement floor. The water was crystal clear, I could see the clouds above the water and how vast the pool was. I was underwater the whole time, with a few people. There was a sea turtle swimming around. I took a video of the sunrise, pink clouds with gold behind them. It looked like a reflection in a puddle, but I was under the surface, and showed that. The sea turtle came along and I swam with it, including it in the video. It yawned, but was pretty active. The video was perfect.
