Kiku and you have been together for nearly three years and you were always happy. Of course, arguments were common, but it was proof enough that both of you were comfortable giving opinions.

Your man was a bit eccentric, which was a major charm point for you. He shared a love for anime and manga with you, making him your dream guy. The eccentric part of him would make up strange songs, but none of them could be noticed when you heard his deep and melodious voice.

At first, it was a bit hard to get him used to your presence and touch, but now, he's the one who keeps touching you. You found his change in behavior rather funny, so you'd often tease him about it, making him blush.

Other than anime, manga and weird songs, both of you loved the karaoke.

It was your birthday and of course, Kiku got some of his friends and you got some of your friends and went to the karaoke. You were so excited. 

Both of you soon reached the karaoke center and saw Alfred, Arthur, Michelle, Elizabeta, Gilbert and your best friends, (insert best friends names).

"Hey, Happy Birthday!" Alfred chirped as he slapped your back. Everyone else wished you too and in no time, all of you were in a dark room with party lights and everyone was singing. 

Alfred and Gilbert sang most of the time, Arthur sang only two songs, Elizabeta and Michelle sang three songs and finally, the stage fell on Kiku.

"Um, I'm going to sing a song that always reminds me of ____." He spoke and everyone "ooh-ed" as he blushed. He quickly put on the music and started singing.

I plug my earphone to my status

My true feelings lie beyond there  

You found yourself smiling already. He had a beautiful voice. So soft, melodic and calming. His voice definitely sounded best when he sang in Japanese.

I just want to be together with you always  

You started remembering the time when you often went out with your friends for shopping or for other events. Kiku would always refuse and allow you to go instead. Parties weren't his thing but, somehow, here he was.

When I realize we were only be able to meet inside this smartphone

You appeared before my eyes

Today too I feel the sadness of not able to see you

Contrary to my feelings time passes rapidly

Even if I feel insecure

That part was a bit fast for him and you knew that. You loved the fact that he would put all his effort into something he was passionate about, even if I thought it was silly. Come to think of it, both of you often sang together. Even though you wouldn't sing seriously, he would and nothing would stop him. 

He caught my eyes and smiled. His favorite part, the chorus was coming.

You softly started singing along with him. Such a beautiful song.

The song continued to play, but he decided to stop singing. He was a bit out of breath and we all looked at him, confused. He looked at all of us, especially me.

"I-I wanted to sing only one verse." He spoke, "Even though this song is so beautiful, I-I have something important to ask you, ____ and I couldn't wait for the song to get over so..." 

You looked at Kiku expectantly. Everyone gulped. Alfred seemed to know what Kiku meant to do and he started quietly cheering him on.

"___!" He called suddenly, startling me for a moment.

"Yes?" I answered.

"Will- Will you marry me?" He asked, blushing profusely as he held up a ring in his hand.

Everyone's eyes widened, except for Alfred's (because he already knew about it). Elizabeta, Michelle and your best friends started squealing and the looked at you, waiting for you to reply.

"Yeah, I'd love to!" You smiled and walked up to him.  Everyone in the room cheered as he put the ring on your finger.

"Kiku, dude, KISS THE LADY!" Alfred screamed. After he screamed that, both of you started blushing. 

Everyone was looking so, Kiku managed to work up the courage to just peck your cheek. Everyone except Alfred were satisfied.

"I can't wait for the wedding." You smiled.

"We should plan it first." Kiku said, smiling back at you.

"Yeah, but still." You laughed.

OKAY IT'S BEEN SOOO LONG SINCE I UPDATED THIS. Yes, I had a hiatus on this one. Literally, I had no ideas AT ALL since I was busy with other books. 

Thankfully, some songs gave me some inspiration and now, I'm back! Hopefully, I'll be able to update once a week or so if possible.
