Sophia awake with the sun. She looked around at the people in the car. Kyle was there. Astrid was there. Emily was there. Jack was there. Ann... Wasn't there.

Sophia stepped out of her van, swinging her head around wildly. There was no way she had lost a teen already! There was no way!

One of the bathroom doors opened, and Ann stepped out, fully dressed. Sophia sighed, and walked up to her.

"You shouldn't be wandering off like that!" Sophia reprimanded.

"Sorry." Ann said. "I'm so used to getting up early and getting ready on my own."

"It's okay." Sophia said with a weary sigh. "Just hold out until I wake up."

Ann nodded, and went back into the van. Sophia followed, slipping into the front seat. Being the practical person she is, she slept in her clothes for the next day.

"Oh Ann!" Jack wailed, pulling a stunned Ann into a hug. "I woke up and you were gone! I was worried! I thought you were gone forever!"

Ann grunted, and pushed Jack off of her. "I'm fine. Do you really have no confidence in me?"

"Go get dressed, the rest of you." Sophia instructed, seeing everyone was up. Probably because of Jack. Sophia didn't really mind Jack, though. She thought he was good for Ann.

The four groggy teens slumped out of the car and trudged towards the bathrooms.

"So," Sophia started. "Why do you get up so early?"

Start with the easy questions.

Ann shrugged, looking up from the book she had pulled out. "I don't know. I just always have."

"Okay." Sophia said, smirking to herself. "And what are your thoughts on Jack?"

Ann raised an eyebrow. "His puns suck."

"My puns are amazing!" Jack exclaimed, climbing into the van.

"I have a feeling that this is a feud that will never end." Ann sighed.

"What feud?" Astrid asked, getting into the back seat.

"Jack and I have a feud on puns." Ann said.

"You and Jack have a feud about puns?" Kyle asked, sitting next to Astrid.

"I find Kary quite witty!" Emily said cordially.

"I feel like this is a pointless conversation." Ann grumbled, immersing herself into her book.

"What do you all want to do today?" Sophia asked, turning on the car and pulling into the streets.

"We should go get souvenirs!" Astrid suggested. The other teens agreed, and they set off.

The van pulled over, and the six heros climbed out. Sophia gazed at the different shops.

"Look!" Astrid exclaimed, pointing something out. "A little ice cream shop!"

"Let's go!" Kyle said, pulling Astrid along. Astrid sent Ann a quick, lovesick look over her shoulder. Ann simply smirked, and followed along, walking casually. Jack quickly sauntered up next to her. Emily skipped along, humming to herself.

Sophia stepped into the little ice cream shop, a small bell jingling as the door opened. There was only one other customer in the ice cream shop with the six. The other customer had no hair and red eyes, mint green skin, and an flower crown rested on her head. She was... Crying?

"Are you having a seizure?" Ann asked sarcasticly. "Are you sick? You're skin and eyes look... Weird."

"I-I just-- This is so amazing!" Said the girl. She wiped her eyes, and took a deep breath. "Hey. You can call me Alien! I just, kinda, look like this. Always have!"

"Is that a normal American name? Is this a normal look?" Emily asked in a confused tone.

Alien laughed. "Well, I'm not exactly normal. No, it isn't a normal name or look anywhere. And, sometimes I feel... Alienated!"

"Puns for life!" Jack said, giving this Alien character a dramatic high five. "Will you eat ice cream with us?"

"I'm flattered! Of course, Jack!" Alien answered, picking up her ice cream and sitting down at a table. The other six sat at her table.

"How did you know Jack's name?" Sophia asked suspiciously.

Alien gave a wink. "I have my ways~ did you know that some of you were going to be based off of certain people. Like, Ann was supposed to be like me? She's a lot different than I had originally planned, though. Now, I feel like Jack is more like me."

"Soul twins!" Jack said with an exited gasp. He gave Alien another high five.

"I feel like the character that hasn't gone through drastic changes is Sophia. She's still this quiet, witty, mysterious figure that watches over you all. Someone who was full of surprises. And, that's exactly how I had envisioned her. Someone who would never cease to surprise you." Alien took one last bite of ice cream, before getting up, and walking out of the ice cream shop, her laughter echoing behind her.
