*A COUPLE MONTHS LATER*

"You'll never believe what just went down," JJ says through the phone. He and Gilinsky were on their way back from getting haircuts.

"Please tell me you didn't shave your head or get a Mohawk or something equally ridiculous," I tell him as I take the pasta to the sink to drain it.

"GILINSKY DYED HIS HAIR!!!" my brother yells.

"Like noticeably or like he touched up the blond streaks?"

"Like half of his head is a different color. Hold up, we're pulling in the driveway now." I hang up and finish making lunch.

"I'm home!!" I hear Gilinsky yell.

"I'm in the kitchen!!" I yell back. I turn to grab myself a water bottle.

"JJ can you-" I start. Before I realize that it's not my brother I'm talking to.

"Like it?" Gilinsky says with a grin. JJ walks in looking slightly annoyed.

"Not one word Emily."

"BUT YOU GUYS ARE TWINS!!!!" I shout.

"Don't you love it?" Gilinsky asks.

"Yes! You're basically a Johnson! You're our triplet!!" I yell. JJ isn't amused.

"Has Madison saw it yet?"

"No. We're supposed to hang tonight and I'm gonna surprise her." Gilinsky takes my fork to steal a bite of my food.

"There's more! Get your own food Gilinsky!" I say playfully shoving him away. JJ grabs himself some before sitting at the counter across from me.

"So we're thinking about throwing a party," JJ says slowly.

"Why?" I say with my mouth full. Next to me, Gilinsky snorts.

"Cute Emily," he says.

"Cuz we've been in L.A. for months and haven't had one. So while Gilinsky is out with Mads we're going to get ready cuz the party of the year is tomorrow. Go get dressed." I look down at my zebra print pajamas.

"What's wrong with this look?" I ask. JJ rolls his eyes and G smiles. I shovel the last bit of food in my mouth before running upstairs. I change into some capri yoga pants and a blue tank top. After throwing my hair into a pony tail and re-brushing my teeth, I head back down. The boys have moved into the living room.

"So where are you and Madison going tonight G?" I ask.

"To get sushi I think." I glance at JJ to give him a look but he's concentrated on his phone.

"I thought you didn't like sushi," I say. He shrugs.

"I don't, but Mads does." I don't say anything else.

Gilinsky leaves a bit later and JJ and I head to get party supplies.

"Gilinsky likes you," Jack says as I drive.

"What? No he doesn't. He has a girlfriend."

"And your point is? He likes you Emmy. And I know you like him too. Admit it." I pull into the party store parking lot, turning to look at my twin.

"He. Has. A. Girlfriend. It doesn't matter how much I like him because he's perfectly happy with Madison."

"SO YOU DO LIKE HIM!" JJ yells. I sigh and roll my eyes.

We get all the party stuff and head back home an hour and a half later. JJ doesn't bring up Gilinsky again. Thank God. Kelsi texts me and asks if I want to go to the Grove. She says we can bring the Jacks.
