A Little Bit of Everything and Everyone

Love Mess (Jack Johnson) pt. 2

"Okay I'm telling you, he stiffened up and completely fell. How did you not see this on my Snapchat story?" Jack asks as we walk through the mall. He's telling me about the time he tasered Gilinsky.

"I don't know fam but I'm upset I missed it," I tell him as I take a drink of my Starbucks drink. 

"Wait, I'll find the video, some girl just tweeted it to me earlier today." We stop at a bench and I sit while JJ looks through his phone to find the video. He sits next to me a second later and we watch the video together. Tea almost comes out of my nose as I see Gilinsky completely fall over.

"I didn't think he'd fall! To be honest I wasn't sure what was going to happen, I just knew it would be funny," Johnson tells me. I'm dying of laughter so loudly people are staring.

"Sorry she didn't take her medicine today," he says to an elderly couple walking past us. I slap his arm.

"Asshole."

"You love me," he says with a cute grin. I roll my eyes

"Yeah, yeah, whatever, let's finish shopping so we can go home," I tell him. We stand and he slings an arm around my shoulders. I don't think too much about it, he's my best friend it's completely normal.

"Okay, hold this while I try on these," I tell Jack a few minutes later, shoving clothes into his arms.

"Did you only bring me to help you try on clothes?!" he asks as he follows me to the dressing rooms.

"You're the one who dragged me out of bed fam, shut up and hold them," I say sliding the door shut. I hear Jack groan.

"Stop being so dramatic JJ," I call teasingly as I slip the black dress over my body.

"What'cha think?" I ask, coming out of the room. Jack's eyes widen when he sees me.

"Looks amazing, just like everything else Lina," he says. I grin.

"Will you come and take an Instagram worthy picture with me in this giant mirror?" I ask. Johnson sets down the clothes and comes up behind me, putting his arms around me and pulling me close. I snap the picture quickly before returning to the dressing room to change back into my street clothes.

"Okay, I'm ready, let's go," I tell him. We head up to the cash register and I reach in my purse for my wallet. Johnson hands over the cash before I can get it.

"I hate you, you never let me pay for anything," I  tell him as the employee bags up my stuff.

"You love me and you know it," Johnson says. In response I ruffle his hair cuz I know he hates it.

"Awe you guys are cute, how long have you been dating?" the employee asks us. My eyes widen and I feel myself blush.

"We're not dating, just best friends," I tell her quickly. We walk out of the store and Johnson bursts into laughter.

"What's so funny?" I ask.

"You should've saw your face when she said that. Oh my god it was great." I roll my eyes and pull him along with me and out of the mall.
