After having lunch at a restaurant, the couple decided to take a walk by the lake.

“Hyunnie”

“Yes?”

She caressed the latter’s hand, “Would you like to move in with me?”

“Move in?”

“Yeah. Let’s get things settled first before our wedding day. So that there won’t be any struggles later”

“Do you still want to live in that house?” asked Seohyun

“Well I can’t just leave the house just like that since Yul oppa has his own house. Besides, aunt Sunny lives there with us so..” she glanced at the younger girl. “But if you want us to live in a new house, then it’s fine”

“Yoong” Seohyun giggled. “I would love to move in with you, in that very antique house”

“Antique? Did you say that with sarcasm or..”

“Of course not, Yoong. I mean what I say” replied Seohyun as she tugged Yoona’s arm. “It’s gonna be our lovely home”

“Hehe. I’m glad that you agree” Yoona gave a peck on her temple. “I can’t wait for our wedding day”

They kept on strolling with Seohyun hugging Yoona’s arm.

“I wanna be honest with you about something, Yoong..”

“About what?” her left eyebrow jumped

“About..” Seohyun bit her lower lip and whispered. “About our first night..after the wedding..”

Yoona who heard the words clearly burst into laughter and received a good slap on the arm.

“Yoong! I’m serious”

“Arasso I’m sorry. Aww stop pouting you’re killing me” chuckled Yoona. “I can’t believe that you’re talking about this, Hyunnie”

“Well.. it’s better to tell now rather than.. that very day..”

“You are so cute you know that?”

As they walked further, Yoona pulled Seohyun into one corner entrance that led them to a beautiful garden filled with variety colour of flowers.

“Omo! Yoong! Look at these flowers they’re so beautiful!”

“Yeah, just like you”

“Stop being cheesy” Seohyun genty slap her arm. “How’d you know there’s a garden here?”

“Can’t remember what day exactly but I was passing by this place and notice these”

“Wow” Seohyun were still astonished to the beauty of the flowers. “These are pretty”

“The reason why I led you here is because of” Yoona took out a small cupcake from the pocket of her jacket. She poked a pink candle onto the center and lit it up using a lighter.

“You look like you’re prepared” smirked Seohyun

“Kinda” Yoona smiled.

Happy birthday to you,
Happy birthday to you,
Happy birthday to my dearest-fiance-bride to be- Seohyunnie,
Happy birthday to you!

“Make a wish”

Seohyun took a few seconds with her hands held together and eyes closed before blowing the candle.

Yoona then put the cupcake aside on a bench beside them. She gathered Seohyun’s hands again and held them firmly in between hers. She closed her eyes making Seohyun to be a little daze.

“Even though it’s not my birthday, but I still want to make a wish. I wish that Seohyun will be happy after tying the knot with me. I wish that Seohyun will become the best book author in history. I wish that nobody will take Seohyun away from me, and Seohyun will never leave my side. I wish that my dying love for Seohyun would never meet its end and lastly I wish that we both can live happily with a long life”

Yoona moved forward slowly and pressed her lips against the latter’s. It was a short yet passionate smooch that caused Seohyun to flash an ear-to-ear smile.

“And not to worry about our first night. I don’t bite” whispered Yoona

“Yoong!”

She giggled before landing a peck on the younger’s forehead.

“I love you, Seohyunnie. No matter what happens, I’ll still love you”

***************

“WHAT TIFFANY JUST SAID, IS IT TRUE SICA?”

Her legs began to tremble as she saw his eyes in flame. Jessica looked away and took few steps backwards with her fists held tight.

“HEY. LOOK AT ME”

She knew he’ll be like this. He’s the type who must have a good reason for him to take out his anger. And now, certainly there was a reason for him to be mad about. Tears flowing down on her cheeks. She was frightened.

“JESSICA”

She walked away heading downstairs. She didn’t want to make a scene in their friends’ house. And she didn’t want to meet with Yul’s hell face.

“Hey, what’s wrong?” Taeng stopped her from reaching the door

“I gotta go Taeng..” she sobbed

“SICA STOP!” Yul came running from upstairs.

“Yul, calm down please!” followed by Tiffany

“Hey!” he spun her around by grabbing her shoulders. “Look at me. I said look at me!”

“Let me go please Yul!”

“Tell me is it true? IS IT TRUE?”

Jessica avoided his firing gaze. Tiffany quickly pulled Taeng to her side.

“Jessica, you better answer me if I ask you one more time”

“Yah” Taeng wanted to stop the raging Yul but Tiffany shook her head

“Did you ask Yejin to marry me?”

Taeng’s eyes grew as he looked at Tiffany.

“Did you, or did you not, Jessica”

She swallowed a big lump in her throat before answering, “I did”

Yul can feel his blood boiling from the inside. He was at the peak. His hands slowly releasing her shoulders.

“Yul I-”

“Don’t you love me?” his chest went up and down trying to control his breath

“I love you-”

“Then why are you letting me go?”

“I’m not letting you go please don’t say like that” her cheeks were shining from the tears

“Why would you ask someone to marry me? Who do you think I am? A thing? A pet that you can just let go to someone else?”

“No Yul no”

“Am I not your husband? Am I not the only person you have in there?” he pointed to her heart
