when tyler pressed his nose against josh's soft shirt and chest, he could smell him. breathe him in deep. and of course, that special smell that just belonged to joshua. and here tyler stood, tears stinging his eyes, holding joshua's white t shirt in the middle of his room, pressing his nose the same way against his shirt. taking him in.
tyler took joshua's cologne, his journal, his records and had put them in a storage unit. he had recreated josh's room with his band posters, his empty hair dye boxes and his tinfoil animals. in the corner of the storage unit were a bunch of white, dripping candles that were lit around a picture of josh and a kitten.
josh was gone. he really was.
