"Sir, I'm going to need you to back up." A police officer said. "Can I go to the hospital?" Mr. Jones asked. "Sure, but you need to leave the vicinity please." He said back. "Okay." Mr. Jones said. Then he got into the car and started driving, as fast as he could. On the drive, that seemed like forever, Mr. Jones started to think. "Oh my God, what have I done? What if I killed Emma?" He thought. "What about the other innocent? Emma could get in a lot of trouble-Oh God help me." He finally got to the hospital, drenched with regret and worry. He went to the reception desk. "I'm here to see Emma Swan." He said. "Who are you?" A lady asked. "Killian Jones, I was a... Firsthand witness." He said, thinking of anything to say to get him in the room faster. "Okay. Room 280." The lady said. "Thanks." Mr. Jones said, running to room 280.

"Sir? Are you related to her?" Two people asked him. "No, but I was in the car with her during the accident." Mr. Jones said. "Fine. Ten minutes." The man said. "Okay, thanks." Mr. Jones walked over to Emma's hospital bedside. "Emma." He said. "Huh?" Emma asked, confused. "Emma, it's me. Mr. Jones. Emma, listen to me." Mr. Jones said. Emma looked at him. "Okay." She said. Mr. Jones said, "Emma, I am so so sorry. This is all my fault." Emma shook her head. "No, no it's not. I'm fine." She said. "Emma, stop saying that. You aren't fine." He said. Emma said, "Okay, okay. There's nothing you can do though." Someone walked in. "Sir, we have to ask you to leave." They said. He looked at Emma for a long time, before reluctantly leaving.

Mr. Jones stepped out into the hall and saw a tall guy with black hair and green eyes. He walked right past him. The man followed him. Mr. Jones realized this. He was at the drinking fountain when he saw the man through the corner of his eye. "Um...hi?" Mr. Jones said. The man pushed him against a wall. "Hey, hey. Who are you?!" Mr. Jones asked. "I was the other guy in the car!" The man shouted. "What?! Oh my God, I'm so sorry! Obviously you're okay, that's a relief." Mr. Jones said. "Shut the hell up." He said. "Oh, sorry. Just let go!" Mr. Jones said. "No! I saw you in that car." He said. "Why does it matter this much?! I'm sorry mate but your going to have to back up." Mr. Jones said, pushing the man off of him.

Mr. Jones went into the waiting room and started thinking about everything. If it was really bad, he was taking Emma to court. Although, his name would come up and he would probably have a price to pay, but it would be worth it. He was barely deep in thought when someone tapped him on the shoulder. He quickly turned around. "You can visit Miss Swan now." A nurse said to him. Mr. Jones nodded. "Okay thanks." He said.

He got to room 280 again and Emma was fully awake. Her concussion was gone too somehow. "Emma, are you okay?" He asked. "Yeah, I think I am. Wait a minute, what happened again?" Emma thought. "What happened?" Emma asked. "Well, what do you remember?" He asked. "I remember ice cream but thats it." Emma said. A doctor came in. "So, we gave her a lot of medicine to heal her as quick as possible but it caused the memory part of her brain to shut down for a bit." He explained. "Well, when will it come back?" Mr. Jones asked. "About an hour." The doctor said. Then the man that attacked Mr. Jones came into the room. "Who is this?" Mr. Jones asked. "I think I have more reason to ask that question." He said. "I'm Emma's dad." He said. "Oh." Mr. Jones said. "Who the hell are you?" James asked. "I'd rather not answer that right now." He said, walking out.

Mr. Jones needed something to say to Emma's dad. He walked back into the room. "Mr. Jones?" Emma asked when he walked back in. "Emma? You remember?" He asked. "Yeah. I do. It was my dad... Again. He's blaming me... Again." Emma said. Then James came back in. "Who do you think you are?" Mr. Jones asked him. "James Swan. I'm superior to you in the who stays, who goes game, remember?" James said. "Here's how this is going to work, okay? Your going to get out of this room and I'm going to deal with our little problem." He said. Mr. Jones replied, "Sorry, mate, I just don't see that happening." "Fine." James said. He turned around to Emma again. "Now, you. You could've hurt me in that crash." James said, about to punch her. Mr. Jones caught the punch. "Haven't you hurt her enough?" He asked. "She brought this upon herself." James said. "Dont. Touch. Her." Mr. Jones said. "I will do whatever I want." James said. "I don't think so." Mr. Jones said, then he punched James. "Hey what the hell?" James asked. "Get out." Mr. Jones said. James walked out he door.
