"Jelly Bean?"
"Jughead!" The cute seven year old giggles before spreading her arms as Jughead picks her up for a hug and spins her around.
"You got so big! Oh my gosh I missed you so much." Jughead rambles before closing the door and setting her down inside.
"Who was that?" Archie mumbles.
"Archie!"
The scarlet hue furrows his eyebrows at the familiar voice, but smiles as soon as the little girl comes into his eyesight.
"Jelly Bean? Oh my gosh hi! I haven't seen you in forever!" Archie laughs before running up to engulf her in a hug as well.
"That's what happens when you're sent away, Archie." Jelly Bean rolls her eyes.
"I forgot she has your sarcasm." Archie sighs before grabbing her small hand and leading her to the couch where Jughead follows.
"That's my girl." Jughead laughs. "How'd you know to come here?"
Archie shoots Jughead a look as if to say;
You didn't tell her you left?
Jughead just shakes his head slightly before turning his attention back to his sister.
"I didn't. I went to the trailer but I saw dad there and I couldn't do it so then I came here to see if Archie would call you out but you were here." She explains.
"Where's mom?" Jughead asks nervously. He wants to see her, but he's honestly not quite sure she wants to see him. She hasn't made an effort to utter a single word to the boy in almost four years.
"About that..." the raven haired girl laughs nervously.
"What do you mean about that."
"She kind of... doesn't know I'm here."
Archie and Jughead's eyes widen as they make eye contact.
Jelly Bean ran away.
"How'd you get here?" Archie asks tentatively.
"Did you know they sell bus tickets to anyone? Crazy right?" She laughs nervously.
"How'd you get the money to pay for it." Jughead presses.
"I have a job."
"How in the world do you have a job?" Archie asks, honestly shocked.
"There's this girl who lives in the apartment above us who's a makeup artist and she pays me to help organize her makeup and to package merchandize she ships out for her business."
"You're too young to be doing all of this." Archie and Jughead both sigh at the same time.
"Jinx!" Jelly Bean laughs, but the situation isn't funny at all.
