"Jackson!" Jughead yells out happily when he sees the blonde after opening up the dorm door.
"Jughead!" He says just as happily before running up to him and engulfing him in a huge hug. Jughead laughs a bit before hesitantly hugging him back.
They're just getting back from winter break, and Jughead has honestly missed Jackson so much even though he'll never admit it. He's just this idiotic, dumbass but he's also a literal ray of sunshine and he's so happy that he's met him.
"Can you get off of me now? Sorry, you know I love you just I'm not that much of a hugger." Jughead says shyly.
Only when it comes to Archie
"Fine." Jackson wines before pulling away and eyeing him suspiciously. "Something's different about you."
"Huh?"
"You look happier. And you haven't said anything sarcastic to me yet."
"I'm not that sarcastic am I?" Jughead laughs.
"Yeah you are." Liliana smirks from the doorway.
"Lili! You can't just sneak up on people!" Jughead gasps.
"You got dick didn't you? You have that glow." She points out, causing Jackson to snicker but stop when Jughead shoots him a glare.
In all honesty, Liliana's constant comments about his sex life bother him a little bit even though they're just jokes. They make him uncomfortable, but then again he's never told her to stop.
"Archie just makes me really happy okay? And no we didn't have sex." He blushes and Jackson aww's at how flustered he is. "Jackson, I swear to go-" he begins.
"It's funny when you get all flustered, you're usually all like 'I'm Jughead and I'm sarcastic and attractive and a badass roar'" Jackson mocks and Jughead can't even be mad so he laughs instead.
"My dear, why haven't you given him the succ like we discussed?" Liliana raises an eyebrow, and Jughead just sighs and decides to tell them the truth.
He really feels like one of these days she's going to press a nerve and he'll go off on her by accident.
"Um, see I'm asexual." He says awkwardly, and Jackson shoots him a confused look while Liliana gives him an angry look and slaps him on the arm.
"Ow." He whines.
"Why didn't you tell me this the whole time? Now I feel so bad, I've probably been making you feel like shit. My big mouth always gets me in trouble." She apologizes.
"No, no it's fine. Honest." Jughead reassures, not wanting to get hit again.
"Jughead, if Archie knows you're asexual and he's still been dating you for this long then don't listen to me. Obviously he's fine it, obviously he loves you." She says frantically.
"Not to interrupt, but I'm not really sure what that means." Jackson says bluntly.
"To be honest, it means so many different things that I'm not even sure how to explain it at this point." Jughead sighs.
