Landon's P.O.V
The usual reluctance to get out of bed had hit me again this morning. I opened my eyes, and all of my thoughts awoke too. I rolled over, and found my little sister missing from where I had left her. Still with great reluctance, I dawdled to the bathroom. Within twenty minutes of me being in the bathroom, loud banging on the bathroom door had begun.
"Landon!" "Get out we gatta go!" Caleb yelled as he repetitively struck the door with her fist.
I stayed quiet for a few, until his constant banging become too peevish to not respond.
"OKAY!" I yelled.
I walked into the kitchen, where I met my mother still prepping the kids for school. I reached into the malnourished pantry and grabbed a banana.
"Can people not take a shit in peace anymore!?" I bit on my banana.
"Watch your mouth!" My mother warned us as she packed my younger siblings a stingy lunch.
"You're always taking a shit!" Caleb hissed.
"Hey!" She yelled.
"She's just mad it takes her months to shit!" Caleb whispered to me.
"I would make you both walk to school today. " She hissed.
"Morning ma!" I kissed her cheek.
"And, you kiss your mother with that mouth!" She lightly tapped my mouth with the back of her hand.
"Love you too!" I laughed.
She gave me the death stare and tossed me my keys. I lifted Somaiya off of the black marble counter, and we slipped into the car. I made the usual carpool runs, and ended by dropping my mother off at work.
"Bye, have a good one honey!" She exited the passenger side of the car.
"You too!" I bid her before driving off.
I parked my car in my usual parking space in the school's parking lot and got out of the car. I clicked my fob and locked the car.
"Hey man, what's up?" Aaron and Janet caught up with me.
"Hey, we going to the spot this morning?" I asked squinting my eyes.
"Damn Landon, back at it again with the tees!" Janet taunted with Aaron's arm around her.
"Seriously bro, how many of those do you own?" Aaron laughed.
"I don't know!" "At least this one's blue." I shrugged.
"Light blue tee, dark jeans and a black jean jacket, it's his trademark." "Maybe that's why Brittany loves him so!" She hinted.
"And hers is no dignity!" I shot-back. Brittany has no idea what love is, only the tingle between her thighs.
"A bit harsh don't you think!" She got a bit offended.
"When you can honestly say I'm wrong, then I'll apologize." I told her.
"He's not wrong!" Aaron added looking at his girlfriend.
