Three days went by and I hadn't heard from Landon-- I turned the school upside down looking for him, and could not find him anywhere. I couldn't let that be my reason to skip my exams, although for me it was enough to. I made it my mission to concentrate during my examinations, but seeing as how things were going in my Language exam, my mission was not meant for me.  With every word read, I could not understand. My mind was on a one way rocket to Jupiter,  with every astronomical object in mind, including what would happen once a black hole swallowed our rocket; but I was in a classroom with an exam paper before me that I was unsure if what I was putting down were sensible thoughts and not from my current state of mind.  I did try at least to make it through that last exam.

"You know that Dickens is a big boy right?" Nyla questioned.

"With daddy issues." I defended.

"Still a big boy." She sneered.

We got into her car, and she drove.

"It's just a first. We've never not spoken unless we were angry each other."

"He's not answering any of my calls, I'm scared." I sighed.

"Maybe, he's at home and needs space." Nyla shrugged.

"Yeah, you're right." I agreed, but I knew that wasn't it.

"Wanna sleepover?"        "I'm kind of lonely." She smirked.

"Okay, I'll just text my mom and dad to let them know."

I picked up my phone, and sent my mom a text telling her that I was spending the night at Nyla's.

"And, done." I exclaimed, hitting send.

"Yay." She smiled.

Nyla continued to drive, until we reached her palace. Quite cliché, but her house was indeed a palace, and her middle name just happened to be 'Heiress'. Her parents were always busy doing something work-related. It wasn't that they didn't love her, they did. But, sometimes it felt like the only thing they would leave for her is this mansion, which is why I never judged her for feeling lonely, or tormented her by insisting on how luxurious her life is, because she never truly cared for it.

"You're mom's not back yet?" I asked.

"Nope. I think they're milking the alone time away from Nyla card." She said.

"Oh . . . . bow chicka wow wow!" I teased.

"Acacia, that's disgusting." She replied looking into the steel refrigerator.

"And you saying Sweats is too." I chaffed.

"Okay, we're even." She chuckled taking a frozen pizza out of the freezer.

"Boyfriend, best friend, movie and pizza . . . agreed?" She shrugged.

"Well my boyfriend is M.I.A, so." I joked.

"Lets  go." She pulled me upstairs.

We went to her room and each took a turn taking a shower and putting on Victoria Secret pajamas. Her pajamas being a white shirt with black pants and mine a black shirt with pink pants. We put the Supreme pizza in the oven and found a movie. In about half an hour the pizza was ready and Kyle had arrived. We all sat on the black sofa in front of the eighty-two inch T.V.

With pizza's in hand, we watched Jersey Girl. I started to think of Landon a bit, but Kyle sensed it and put his arms around us both.
