I went over the plan again with everyone in the car, with the exception of Cole, of course. And Aiden who's waiting for Cole to arrive.

He is using my phone and texting him that himself and I just had a huge fight. Also, that I wanted to talk to him.

"So, Kiara, after this all comes out, should we try to talk to him about it or should we just walk away?" Eli asks, catching everyone else's attention and hyping them up.

"I say we walk away," Tana suggests. "I mean are you really gonna forgive him for what he has been trying to do to you and Aiden."

"No, Tana, we should at least let him explain and try to hear him out." Kacie disagrees. "Maybe they-, we'll all get over this. And we'll be friends, again."

"I'm sorry, Kacie, but I have to agree with Tana on this one." Carolina butts in. "I mean we've been friends for so long and he's been friends with Aiden even longer. I can't believe he would do this."

"Exactly, babe, that's why I think we should hear him out." Josh intervenes. "I mean we've been friends for so long. Why can't we go back to the way it was?"

"Yeah, but what kind of friend does that to another friend!?" Eli states. "I agree with Tana.

They all start to bicker back and forth.

"Hey, guys," I try to get their attention. "Guys! GUYS!"

They still won't listen. I whistle really loudly.

Everyone stops what they're doing and looks at me.

"Look, Tana, I actually love the idea of leaving him to deal with his consequences, I really do," I start to say. "But, don't you think that would be like kicking him while he's down. I'm not that mean, okay?"

"So we're going with my idea!" Kacie smiles.

"I didn't say that, either," I say and Kacie's face falls. "Hey, Kacie, its great that you try and hope to find the best in people and will never give up 'till you do. Which is what I love most about you. But, your gonna find out in life that not everyone is like that. And, honestly, I just tired of letting myself get hurt and doing what your suggesting is a MAJOR risk of that happening, again."

Kacie nods her head and asks, "So, what are we gonna do?"

"I don't know, I say we just wing it. But, get ready to run incase things go south," I tell everyone.

"Do you think he would do something like that?" Carolina questions.

"I mean, did you ever think he would do something like what he did?" I retort. Carolina seems to understand and sighs. "Just remember he's not very stable right now or at least he won't be after this. So, just be careful and don't give in to trusting him right away."

Ding. The text that he's coming goes off.

I hear a chorus of 'bye's and 'good luck's as everyone gets out of the car.

They all go hide around the abandoned parking lot next to the public restrooms and in bushes. You know all that typical bullshit hiding places.

I look around and start hyperventilating. I lock eyes with Kacie and she is making normal breathing motions to help calm me down.

"Hey," Cole says from behind me, slapping my open window ledge, making me jump.

"Hey," I smile with a fake, shaky, scared laugh. "You scared me,"

"Sorry," he laughs back. I smile and look back not seeing Kacie anymore with realization washing over me that I am completely alone now.
