Chapter 25: The Exam

Chapter 25: (Cassie's POV)

*The Next Morning*

The blinding lights awakens me the next morning. I find myself asleep in my own bed surprisingly. Well, I guess I should get up now. I manage to pull myself out of bed and trudge over to the bathroom. I take a quick shower and do my daily routine. After that I get dressed in my Slytherin clothes. I put on a white button down, a pair of black shorts, my black vans, and my favorite green tie. (yes I actually own ties). Anyway, I make my way over to the kitchen and find Liz and Ashton ready for the day as well. Liz is dressed in yellow shorts, a black tank top and surprisingly yellow shoes as well! Ashton dressed just as she said she would. (No need to go into detail for that). I walk over to the pantry and pull out some cereal to eat. "Are y'all ready for the tournament?" I ask, pouring the cereal into a bowl. Liz shakes her head while Ashton nods. "I did some research on the books last night! So I'm ready to go!" She exclaims. I roll my eyes and sit at the small table for two, even though three of us are siting at it. As breakfast progresses on we talk about the games. Most of the questions came from Liz but after awhile I just tuned her out and let Ashton answer her questions.

*1 hour later*

The three of us walk into the old abandon high school and find Sadie sitting on an old teachers desk. The wood bends under her weight and begs to break, but I doesn't (sadly). Sadie gleefully hops off the desk and smiles. "Ready for the exam?" She asks. We all nod and she continues to smile. "Well, I guess we'll just have to wait for the boys to arrive now!" She cheers. A few minutes tick by and finally the boys walk in. Dan stands by my side and says "Good morning!" I reply with the same thing and turn toward Sadie and PJ who are at the front of the old, musty class room. "Today, we will be taking an exam. This will test your knowledge. Who ever gets the highest score will win the event for the House your in. Good luck to you all!" Sadie announces. PJ passes out the exams and we all take a seat. As the paper is placed in front of me, I instantly scan all the questions. This looks difficult...

The questions:

Question 1: what is the name of the portrait outside the Gryffindor common room?

Question 2: how old you have to be to use magic outside of school?

Question 3: what is professor McGonagal's animagus?

Question 4: What is the drought of the living dead?

Question 5: what is the levitation spell?

Question 6: What is the name of the Weasley's owl?

Question 7: what color are harry potter's eyes?

Question 8: what is Neville longbottom's boggart?

Question 9: what is Luna's patronus?

Question 10: what position does Oliver wood play in quittich?

Question 11: what is the name of Harry's first broom?

Question 12: who kills Dumbledore?

(Sadie's POV)

I speed read through the questions and instantly know the answer to them all. Hehe! This is so easy! It's almost as my pencil has a mind of it's own! I finish up all 12 question in under 10 minutes! Oh yea! RavenClaw is gonna win! I hope PJ also knows all the answers.... He better know them... He has to know them or else he wouldn't be RavenClaw. So he has to! Yay! Hahahhahahahahah Syltherin is going down! Suck it Cassie! RavenClaw is going to win the Tri-Wizard tournament again! Well... Hopefully... Anyway, after a good 30 minutes or so, everyone, but Hufflepuff are finished. "Take any longer and I'll be dead by then" Cassie snickers, taking on the true Slytherin attitude. Dan laughs along with her and they high five. Liz glares at her and jots down some more answer. But Phil just looks betrayed. He has this look that reads "How could you say that?" Cassie and Dan continue to make snippy remarks and at one point I over hear her whisper to Dan, "Liz is a dirty MudBlood."

I gasp and cover my mouth with my small, led cover hands. Wow... That was actually harsh.... Dan laughs aloud and Cassie just smiles deviously at Liz. "Any day now Liz," Cassie rolls her eyes. Wow she's really taking on the Slytherin nature. Liz bluntly replies with "Shut the fuck up!" and hands her exam to me along with Phil's exam. Cassie gives her a side smirk and turns to me. "So, who's grading them?" She asks. "I am" I announce. She looks at me and blinks multiple times. "Wait.. So you've gone over the answer sheet?" She asks. "No idjit, that would be cheating, but the answers sheet is right here, so give me a few moments" I tell her.

(Cassie's POV)

I turn to Dan and we engage in conversation. Of course we had to stay in character (Sadie made that rule). "Look at those filthy mudbloods" Dan sneers. He tilts his head toward Phil and Liz and I chuckle along with Dan. I feel so mean, but at the same time it feels good. MWAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! "We should say something" I suggest. Dan agrees and yells out "Oi! Little muggle-borns! Bet you definitely won this challenge!" He yells with sarcasm and we both smirk deviously at them. "Oh shut up matching ties!" Liz snaps back. "Is that all you got? Wow I thought you'd at least be smarter than that!" I retort. Phil opens his mouth to say something, but Sadie cuts him off. "Enough of that! 5 points from Slytherin and Hufflepuff!" She shouts. She tosses back her dark brown hair and pulls down her pale blue knit sweater. Dan and I frown at her and listen to who the winner is. "And..... RAVENCLAW WINS!!!!"
