Chapter 21: Introducing Harry Potter to Cassie

Chapter 21: (Sadie's POV)

"No more sleep! You obviously need fish Jesus!" I exclaim. Cassie just groans and buries her face in Phil's chest. "C'mon girl we're going to the doctor wether you like it or not!" I state, standing up, pulling away from Dan. "Noooo... Phil don't let her take me!!" Cassie protests. She clings onto Phil's arm, but feels rejected when he says she should go. Being the over dramatic brat she can be, she falls to the ground and screams like a fucking 2 year old. "Can you not!" Dan snaps. "No I can't!" Cassie retaliates. She continues to throw a fit, but then I kick her. Multiple times. That shut her up. But now as we drive to the doctors office she won't stop complaining about her side hurting. God she's such a baby. But she has Phil in the back to comfort her. He compliments her cat pajamas, puts an arm around her, and is pretty much the nicest thing in the world to her. The two of them are so cute! Cassie bops his nose and they both giggle. But then there's Dan who stares at me. Oh lord...

*After doctors appointment*

Apparently, Cassie is just very sleep deprived! But she's better now. You know after sleeping for like a week. Ugh, why did you tell us she has Mono, gosh Preston! Anyway, after being cooped up in the house for days, Cassie wanted to get out. "But your in your pajamas" Dan pointed out. "That's fine, I have shoes on and I can just wrap up in my grey cardigan here." Cassie sticks her tongue out at him and pulls on the cardigan. "I think she looks fine" Phil states. "Thank you!" Cassie exclaims. Dan rolls his eyes and turns his attention to the road, which he is driving on. He asks where we should go and we all agree to go out to lunch at some Chinese restaurant. "Yay food!" Cassie and I cheer. We hi-five each other and just laugh. In about 10 minutes we arrive. Cassie and Phil race up to the front entrance, while Dan and I actually walk. When we get there Phil spins Cassie around and she screams with laughter.

"C'mon, people are staring" I mumble, hiding my face. Ahh.... human interaction. But they ignore me and continue to be the idiots they are. "I will take away 5 points from hufflepuff!" I threaten. Phil stops and practically drops Cassie. "Noo!!!! Please don't!" he pleads. Dan throws his head back in laughter as Cassie gives us all a confused look. "What's that?" she asks. All of our mouths drop. She seriously doesn't know what we're talking about! Oh. My. God. "Why are y'all staring at me like that?" Cassie takes a step back and looks at us with confusion. "No time for lunch. You need to read this series. No excuses. In the car now." I demand. I push Cassie along, back to the car. Dan and Phil agree with me and we drive back to the apartment. While we drive I deem her as Hufflepuff. "Yay! Your in my house!" Phil cheers. Cassie looks at him, then at me. "What? I have to live with him? I'm so confused!" She says. "Idjit, no you don't have to live with him. Your just in the same like group" I explain. Cassie let's out a held in huff of air and asks again what we're talking about. Finally, Dan gives in and tells her. "Harry Potter? Are you serious? My brother is obsessed with that!" Cassie stares at me expecting to be joking, but I'm not.

Eventually, we make it back to the apartment complex and we rush Cassie upstairs. She let's us in and I yell, "Preston! How come she hasn't read Harry Potter!?!?" He strides into the room and says, "She hasn't read it? My god Cassie what are you?" "She's a Hufflepuff or an idjit as I'd say" I tell him. Dan snorts and Cassie punches his arm. "Shut up Howell" She hisses. Cassie quiet literally hissed, which I find funny. She sounds like Professor McGonagall. Heehehehe. Then, Phil walks back into the room and hands the series to her. Cassie's eyes light up and she practically screams. "YUS! I NEEDED A NEW SERIES TO READ!!" She cheers. Cassie wraps her arms around Phil and shockingly kisses him. While they mush faces, Dan sexually sighs and looks at me. Oh god... awkward.
