You look like a monkey,
And smell like one two.
Just kidding!
I don't know what you smell like.
So to make up for that crappy joke...
Here's a story!

He never cared much about his birthday. He was always content with nothing and to be honest there are times in which he wishes he wasn't born, but that was before he was placed on team 7 and that was after his clan had been murdered.
He only has two wishes one being he wants is for his family to be safe and happy. The other is for him to see his older brother, Itachi one more time.
He smiles thinking about Itachi. Every year on his birthday, before he woke up a small present in a blue box was placed on his bed. It happened every year until Itachi passed. Sasuke didn't find out who gave him the present until Itachi died.
He makes his way home.
"Surprise!" Sarada, along with Naruto's family yells. "Happy birthday!"
Sasuke smiles and looks around. "Where's Sakura?"
"She's working late," Naruto said.
At the same time Sarada says, "She's with aunt Ino."
"She's at the hospital with Ino," Hinata trues to save them.
This caught Sasuke's attention. Now he knows that something is off. He decided to let it slide for now.
A couple of hours later when the party dies down, Sasuke decides to confront Naruto. Before Sasuke can say something Naruto interrupts.
"Well...it's getting late we should head out now," Naruto grabs Hinata and his kids and heads out the house. Once again not allowing Sasuke to say something.
"I'm tired," Sasuke's four year old girl, Sarada says, "night."
Sasuke rolls his eyes and heads into his room and finds a giant birthday present with a note on top.

Sasuke opens the box only to see Sakura tied up with a pile of tomatoes on top of her.
