He stands in the middle of it all. He doesn't know what he's doing.

Right now he's just blank. Unaware of everything. The screams. The shouts. The explosions, fires, gunshots...everything.

If you asked him for his name he wouldn't be able to tell you. For his mind is blank; empty.

He just stands in the midst of it all, unmoving.

All he can think about are the bodies surrounding him. The dead bodies. There's so many. Too much to count. It scares him.

"What has humanity come to," he thinks, "we've all lost our humanity."

Sure, he caused a lot of this.

But at least he has the guts to acknowledge it. And not to keep moving forward to keep on killing.

He wants it to end. All of it.

He doesn't like the stench of dead people. He hates it.

Stop it. Stop it. He wants it to end. He needs it to end. Its driving him nuts.

He hears a painfully familiar scream and snaps.

He turns around and sees a flash of pink falling to the ground.

"Sakura!" he thinks. He can't bring himself to say anything.

He charges at the source of her pain. At the enemy who had attacked her.

He hears a few gunshots, but its mere background noise to him.

He peirces the heart of his enemy with his sword.

"Sasuke," he hears her say, but isn't she dead. He just saw her die.

"How?" he asks. A single word. He knows she'll understand the question.

"I am dead," she says, "and so are you."

He looks down at his body. He sees so many little holes all over his body.

"Gunshots," he thinks.

"Come on, Sasuke. Its time to go."

He falls to the ground.

Everything is black.

"Finally I can leave this place and at the same time as you. I love you Sakura."

That was his final thought.
