He regrets many things. From the most tiniest of his sins to the greatest. He regrets everything. He thinks he doesn't deserve to live.
He says he doesn't deserve her love.
He doesn't deserve to have a loving family. Or even a family at that.
He doesn't deserve a best friend like Naruto.
A wife like Sakura.
And a daughter like Sarada.
He should have died.
He wasn't meant to live.
He should be punished for all of his sins. For all of the people he had hurt. For all of the people he had killed. For the lives he had taken.
He starts thinking about death.
About another life.
Because of he were to have another life, he would never hurt the innocent. Never hurt Sakura or Naruto or anyone.
He'd be there for Sarada.
He'd protect is family no matter what.
He wouldn't kill for power.
He'd treat his wife like a princess.
He wouldn't be the monster he is today.
He'd be another changed person in another life.
He'd be better.
He'd be more useful.
And he wouldn't be a monster; killer.
But we don't know if there is reincarnation.
If there is an after life.
So we'll just have to wait and see...
And then find out when we're dead.
