Depression:

Not something to messed with.

Something that causes harm to you.

Something that affects your life,your well being,state of mind,mentality, and affects others around you.

Depression makes you have certain thoughts in your head.

Makes you want to cut...

Maybe even suicide.

Having depression makes you see the world completely different.

Every thing is darker.

You no longer see the sun as a beautiful bright color.

You start seeing every bright color as like..."terrible" so to say.

Over all,depression is just terrible.

Anxiety

omething that makes you worry about things that don't need to be worried about.

Makes you anxious all the time.

Some people may see things as normal problems,but people with anxiety... see it way worse.

They over think too much.

They mostly cant control how i think.

They have unrealistic worries about many normal things that don't need to be worried about.

They can't control their anxiety and worry.

They expect things to take a turn for the worst even if there isn't anything bad.

Sometimes their anxiety is so out of hand that it's almost risky and they also have a tough time focusing on a task.

When you have anxiety you:

~Cant stop worrying
~ you start to worry about worrying
~ you can't ever relax
~ scared of making wrong decision
~ stress about making decisions
~ you always feel restless
~ you are very irritable
~ have a hard time concentrating
~ always think of the negative outcomes.
~ You're always tired
~ your muscles are always tense
~ you easily get scared
~ have hard time sleeping
~ you always tend to tremble
~you feel nauseous at times
~ always get headaches.

Having depression and anxiety is just a living hell. You go through all of these things. Maybe even more. Depends on how severe your anxiety is. It's not healthy. It's not fun. Affects you for the worse. If any of you have anxiety or depression, Im really sorry. I know how you feel because I am currently going through it. All those things up there that i wrote,are what happens to me. If you relate to any/all of those,just know I'm really sorry. I'm here if any of you need to talk. I care for each and every one of you. I may not know you but I do care. I want you all to be happy. Always know that there is someone out there for you,whether you think so or not. I love you all
