Chapter 23

Darks POV 

Every one of us grabbed a weapon, Light went around to checked to make sure we were ready. Once we were ready we followed Light into the hallway. It was decently early so nobody was up yet. We walked all the way to the guards quarters which was in the east wing. Lights eyes glowed white as he put a spell on the ground. Thumps came from outside, the guards are passing out. Lights eyes stopped glowing, he nodded towards us. Wilford went in and slit every guard's throat. Just in case. He also did it to the guards outside. 

Ten minutes later we were all walking to find our next victims. We were back to the living courters making a huge circle in the place. Fox was walking along the hallway looking at some papers. The papers flutter to the ground the second she saw us. As full force she charged at Light, ready to rip him apart. Anti now was poking his head out of his room, trying to figure out what all the ruckus was. His eyes wandered over every single one of us. In seconds rage filled his eyes. As lightning speed, he charged at me. All I had was a knife and pistol. Afraid of killing him I kicked him in the side instead. 

An alarm blared through the building, gaining the others attention. Anti threw a punch at me, which I dodged. I curled my hand into a fist and attempted to hit him. But he grabbed my fist and twisted my arm around my back. He laughed evilly, twisting my arm painfully. Using his leg he swept me off my feet making me fall down to the floor. I groaned, forcing myself back up. Anti stood over my but stumbled as something hit his back. Itch stood behind Anti with a chair in his hands. He smiled, quickly running off. More men appeared out of absolutely nowhere all armed with weapons. Kill ran towards them, shooting a large fireball. Huh. 

Anti was now back on his feet. Holding his back in pain, but the pain quickly vanished. He straightened up, giving me a wicked grin. He threw a punch hitting me in the jaw. I stumbled back holding my face. I shook it off, throwing more punches. But Anti swung onto my back, wrapping his hands around my throat. Wilford threw his knife at Anti, hitting him in his shoulder. Anti fell off crying out in pain as he pulled the knife out. I gasped for breath kneeling on the ground. He threw the knife at me but Light flew in front of me, catching the knife at the last moment. Light returned the knife back to Wilford then went back to fight Fox. 

Some pleas for help came from the other side of the room. Rot was holding one of the guards back but the guard kept slashing at him. I pulled out my pistol and shot the guard in the head. Rot nodded and ran off to help Itch. Anti grabbed my leg and pulled it making me fall on the ground. Forgot about him. 

Anti towered over me, giving me a fake sad face. He pretended to cry before pulling a gun out of his jeans. Pointing the gun at my forehead with a laugh. Lucius appeared out of nowhere grabbing Anti front behind. He threw him on the ground while kicking the gun away from him. Mad Cry and DemonKen helped hold him down as I stood up. 

"I'm sorry," I whispered, before punching his knocking him out cold. A group of men and woman came from down the hall, the other assassins. Lucius and I looked at each other and charged at them. I pulled out my pistol firing in their direction. A girl kicked the gun out of my hands and punched me in the face. Devin shot the kill in the chest three times. I picked up my gun and started firing at the men and woman again. Two of the men dropped leaving two people left to kill. 

Somone came up from behind me, taking both my gun a knife. I turned to see Anti, a huge bruise was forming on the left side of his face. Where I hit him. He also had a busted lip and a black eye. Anger was plastered all over his face. Obviously upset that I tried to knock him out. He threw the gun in the other direction, stalking towards me with the knife clutched in his hands. I back away till I was pressed up against the wall. 

"You'll never escape me again," Anti snarled at me. 

Suddenly a blind white light surrounded Anti. I looked over to Light who's wrists and eyes were glowing white. A magic cage surrounded Anti, an invincible one. Anti was trapped. He touched the bars of the cage but hissed when his hand got burnt. 

I looked around me to see guards fighting with my friends. Fox was also in a cage but she seemed to be unconscious. I ran over to help Dr. Iplier who was struggling to help Lava fight off three guards. As I was running Wilford tossed me a gun. I fired at the guards shooting down two. Lava shot the last one. We all circled around the guards, cornering the last 13 in the middle. At the same time, we all raised out guns and shot them. 

Blood and gore were splattered up the beautiful silver walls. Dead bodies cover the white tile. All of them guards, not one of us died. Dr. Iplier was walking around checking everybody's injuries making sure it wasn't too serious. I walked over to Light and smiled at him. 

"Thanks, Light, I really appreciate you helping me with this," I told him sincerely.

"Don't worry about it, were brothers its what were suppose to do. I'll help clean up here, I will also burn this building down. The twins Fire and Ice are outside watching the perimeter, I'll have Fire control the fire. You sure there's no one else here?" Light asked glancing around. People started to pack up to get ready to leave. Lucius walked out from the hallway with a massive bag, I'm guessing that's Antis stuff. 

"I'm pretty sure. Give me a moment. Hey, Itch come here for a moment!" Itch held up a finger to Rot and walked over to me. 

"Whats up?" He asked. 

"Is there anyone else in the building?" I asked. 

"Give me a second," He was deep in his world for a moment. "At the end of the north side, there is an elevator that takes you up to the third floor. A guy is locked in his office on the right side of the floor. Other than him there's no one else." I thanked Itch. 

Light and I looked at each other before gathering everybody. 

We all walked up to the office door and pounded on it. No answer. Light kicked down the door to reveal a man. The man turned around in his chair expecting something that wasn't us. He shot up and tried to run but I shot his leg. He grunted and tried to crawl away. We all blocked his path. I leaned down and grabbed him shirt bringing his face close to mine. 

"I'm guessing you're the mastermind against all of this?" I questioned. The man laughed at me but didn't say anything."Your pathetic operation didn't work very well. You hurt my friends now I'm going to hurt you." I threw him back on the ground. Light and I put at least 14 bullets in his body. 

We checked every room and made sure we had everything before leaving. Light threw a match into a bunch of twigs in the middle of the base. We all met outside and watched the base burn. Fox and Anti were still in their cages that Light magical had followed us. I looked at Anti who was now passed out at the bottom of the cage. I sighed and looked back at the burning building.
