Chapter 45

All day at school Dark was all over Cat. Any chance they got they were making out. At one point Lucius went up and punched Dark while he was kissing Cat. They ended up getting into a fight but Mad Cry and DemonKen broke them up. Dark and Lucius got a 3-day suspension and was sent home for the day. Lucius was happy with what he did though. The final bell rang letting us go home. I walked through the crowded hallways trying to get to the front door. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw Cat next to her locker putting things in her bag. Quickly I walked next to her waiting for her to close her locker. Cat turned around to be face to face with me. I grabbed her arm dragging her out of the school to a spot where no one was. 

"Why?" I immediately asked her. She looked at me confused. 

"Why what?" She asked back. 

"Why did you spell Dark?" I whimpered at his name. Tears pooled in my eyes. 

"I've had a crush on his for a few years. Right, when I was going to ask him out you turned out to be dating him. I was heartbroken. For years he would push me away so finally, I decided to do something. Yeah, I spelled him so he would love me. It's not like it hurt anyone," She explained carelessly. 

"But it did! It hurt me. You didn't think about the other person. I went through hell to get here. For some reason Dark chose me. He didn't have to, it's not like I was the best thing to ever happen to him. I love him! He loved me! For once I was happy, I thought he was happy!" I cried. Tears streamed from my face hitting the pavement below us. Arms circled around me. Cat tried hugging me but I pulled away wrapping my arms around myself. I didn't want to cry in front of her so I wiped my tears away. Cat looked at me with sadness. 

"I didn't think it would hurt you this much," Cat whispered. 

"It hurts too much," I whimpered. 

"Is Dark... gay?" She suddenly asks. I nodded my head making her take a sharp breath. "That's why he pushed me away." 

"Anti, I'm sorry. I want to fix this but I won't. Dark is mine forever and I'm gonna take it." She turned on her heels leaving me alone. 

I walked away to find Ban and Pill who were waiting at the school gate for me. 

"What happened?" Ban asked. 

"She feels bad but she won't do anything about it. From what she says she loves him. It's more like she's obsessed with him," I grumbled.

This time Ban drove me to Dark's house. It was around dinner time at their house. I knocked on the door. Vicky opened the door for us to walk inside. Ban held some boxes to put my clothes in. Vicky lead us down to Dark's bedroom. Suddenly a moan cut through the silence. Rage filled Vicky's face. She tried to open the door but only to find it locked. More moans filled the air. Vicky started to pick the lock with a bobby pin that was in her hair. The lock popped and the door swung open. Dark and Cat laid on his bed having sex. My breath hitched quickly turning away. I moved Ban so he wouldn't see anything. 

"DARK EDWARD FISCHBACH!" Vicky screamed. Dark jumped pulling away from Cat who immediately tried to cover herself with the blanket. Vicky screamed at the two. Cat ran out of the room half dressed. Dark ran out of the room calling after her but she ran out of the house. 

"Come on! I was so close!" He yelled. Vicky growled at him and started to scream at him. While she did that Ban and I walked into Dark's room grabbing my things. Quickly we put everything in the boxes sealing them shut and putting them in the car. We said our goodbyes to Vicky and rushed back to the apartment.
