Chapter 25

Anti POV (YAY HE'S BACK)

Monday came, honestly I was terrified. People at the high school weren't going to accept me anymore. At least I have Dark and my other friends. Jack and Mark stayed over the past couple nights, it was one of the best times in my life to find out I have brothers. JG is actually 6 but he can change his body to fit any age. Wilford, Light, JG, Mark, and Jack all decided to come see what our school was like. 

Currently, we were walking from Dark's house to the school. Dark and I walked hand and hand down the sidewalk. When we reached the entrance of the school people gave us weird looks. Itch ran over and hugged me, I, of course, hugged him back. 

"I missed you so much." He whimpered. 

"It's okay, I missed you too," I replied. Itch let go and ran back over to Rot who kissed his forehead. 

Lucius walked through the gates with -shocker- a girl on his arm. She smiled and kissed his cheek making him turn beet red. He walked over to join our little group. 

"Hey, guys this is Darzia, my girlfriend." He chirped. Itch started jumping around and clapping his hands. 

"I knew it!" He beamed. 

Lucius grinned and kissed Darzia on the forehead.  The warning bell rang for our first class. I grabbed JG, who grabbed Jack and ran into the building with Dark trailing behind with his brothers. Again my schedule was switched so I had all classes with Dark, Light somehow is a really good persuader. 

We all sat down in our first class. Kids wandered in staring at us curiously. Fly ran up to me and engulfed me in a hug. "I'm glad your back Anti." She chirped before running off. The class was filling up and one student didn't have a seat, so I gave up mine and just sat on Dark's lap. He blushed but didn't move me. The teacher walked in and eyed us curiously. She didn't look very happy about the new students. 

Her eyes glazed over us until she hit Light. Who still had his wings showing. She walked down the row, stopping right in front of him. "How may I help you?" He asked politely. 

"You're an angel, aren't you?" She sneered. Light nodded. 

"You don't belong in this school, neither do you too." She pointed to Mark and Jack. 

"We don't have to leave." Light argued. 

"I refuse to teach this class if you three don't leave." She seethed.

"Well, I guess you're not teaching today." Light said. She glared at us walking up to the front. I looked over to her desk to find her name. Mrs. Kat. Hmm. 

"Fine today we are going to talk about what has happened in the school recently. If you haven't noticed there was a tension among all the students and the teachers. Can anyone tell me what caused that?" She waited for students to raise their hands. No one did. "Alright, there was a girl who decided to kill maybe 10 people and then took one of our students with her. We didn't see that student for a couple months until he randomly showed back up at the school. He didn't have a memory of who we were or anything. Does anyone know who this student is?" There are the hands. I also raised my hand. 

"Anti. Please answer the question." Mrs. Kat demanded. 

"It was me, I was the student who was taken," I spoke loudly. 

"You know maybe you should tell us this story. You were the one who witnessed it." She smirked. I stood up from Dark's lap and walked up front. Dark's face was plastered in worry, along with the others. 

"A few months ago, someone I trusted betrayed us. Fox was her name. She worked for a company called Heroes, her job was to take me to her boss. A group of men came in the cafeteria the day she was supposed to take me. Those men were Rebels. They are supposed to kill the Heroes. From what you saw Fox killed off all of the men. She purposely put a gun in my hand so she can blame that on why she has to take me. As you watched she took the gun from me and walked me out of the cafeteria." I gulped and looked around. Dark gave me a thumbs up making me smile.

"She knocked me out and brought me to the Heroes headquarters. When I became conscious again I was tied to a chair in a dark room. Fox approached me and explained everything to me. She also told me what was about to happen to me. They had to erase my memory, so I could kill the people I knew without any remorse. The guards that were there hooked me up to this massive machine. A tech guy put plates on the sides of my head and one on top of my head." Small tears escaped my eyes but I continued. "They turned on the machine and I can't remember what happened after that. I do remember waking up in a bedroom. Fox came in and explained who I was and what happened to me. But she lied and told me I was in a tragic accident and they saved me. Those two months I was gone Heroes was training me. Making me stronger, better, quicker. In between those months, Fox drilled commands into my head. So she could control me." Hot tears fell from my eyes. 

"When I arrived back at the school I couldn't recognize any of you. My best friend walked up to me and looking straight in his eyes I couldn't remember him. All I could do is follow Fox everywhere because I had too. She was my instructor and if I didn't obey I got punished. That day in the cafeteria when those guys walked in, I was supposed to kill them away from people. I didn't know that. That night I was ordered to go back to the base." Tears fell faster from my face. Dark stood up and walked over to me hugging me from behind. 

"Guards brought me to this machine in the back of the base where no one could hear you scream. They hooked me up and left. My boss at the time walked in and told me what my punishment was. 8 hours of pure torture. For about half of it, I was electrocuted, that's what the machine did. But every half hour they would turn the power up. It was excruciating pain. Then they brought me to this room with blood splattered everywhere. A pole was in the middle of the room with chains hooked to it. They chained my hands to the wall and a really muscular guy walked into the room. He had a whip. I was whipped 300 times. Two of the other assassins that were there came in and beat me once they were done whipping me." Dark pulled me close to him. 

"After school for the next to weeks, they electrocuted me, even on the weekends. But they whispered things in my ear. On Friday, my friends came to save me. I was being dragged down the hallway by two guards, of course, I was already screaming. I didn't want to go. Dark was there looking at me with pure terror. Fox told me to shut up, so I did. It was an order, I had too. For the next 8 hours, I was electrocuted. But when they were done, something was wrong. My brain had basically shut off so the only things I knew where the things they told me. I couldn't make my own decisions anymore. Whatever they told me I did. Two guards dragged me into the training area where Dark and my friends were. They watched as I attacked Fox and if I was able to, kill her." Jack walked up to me and wiped my tears. He stood behind Dark with his hand on my shoulder. My other friends started to come up as well. 

"I was told that I was going to be their trainer, so I trained them. That night I walked back to my room which was near theirs. Sobbing came through the wall. Since my brain was programmed to be mean I walked over to Dark's room threw him up against a wall and told him to shut up before storming out. The next morning I slept in till maybe 7:00, 7:30. I walked out of my room to see Dark and his brothers, my brothers, and my friends fighting the guards and Fox. Fox raised two fingers which meant attack. I ran at Dark and almost killed him. But there was an angel there so I wasn't able to. I was put in a cage made out of angel magic. All I could do is watch as they killed off the other assassins. The extra guards, almost anyone. They also killed off my boss. When they were done Light set the building on fire. I didn't want to watch it burn, so I curled up into a ball and pretended to me asleep. The thing that ran through my mind was 'kill yourself', we were told to do that if we failed. I had a knife in my back pocket but wasn't able to do anything due to I passed out." Light grinned to himself. I chuckled and wiped away more tears. 

"I don't know what happened after that. All I know was my brain was filled with every memory that I ever had. What they taught me was erased but I was explained what happened. I woke up in Dark's house and I was ecstatic because I knew it was Dark's house. Not without someone telling me. We all had our little reunion. Light returned to Fox's memory and erased anything about being an assassin. He also brought her back to her parents, so hopefully, she is living in peace now. I now have my memory back and am living happily. Recently I found out I have brothers and I couldn't be even more excited. Oh and on top of that, I got a boyfriend. Who will forever make me happy." I finished speaking. Dark kissed my forehead sending awes from the girls in the class. 

"So Mrs. Kat, I went through hell and back for something I didn't even want. I suggest you back off and be nice for once in your life." I smirked, turning around to burrow my head in Dark's chest.
