Requested by @Kawaii_Eren who wanted an overprotective Nico using his powers to scare some bullies being mean to Will. And thanks to my friend @scumfuckflwrboy for the title. Enjoy!

Will's POV

Up until three in the afternoon, my Saturday had been relaxing. The infirmary had been blissfully empty for the first time in ages and there was no training. I wandered around the camp for a little while, searching for Nico. I had thought that we could spend the whole day together, something that we had yet to accomplish, but after checking his empty cabin I remembered that he had said he was going to shadow travel to some McDonalds in Australia, where he swore the chicken nuggets were like nothing he had ever tasted. Knowing his shadow travel abilities he was passed out in some alley, but there was nothing to do about that until he got back, so I resigned myself to a quiet day by the lake, watching the fish and rejecting the naiads who, after multiple attempts to tell them that I was gay, still thought that they could make me fall in love with them.

"Listen, Shelly, I've told you I'm gay," I insisted, leaning over the clear blue water to debate my sexuality with Shelly, a naiad who simply refused to believe that I was gay.

"So you don't want to kiss me?" she pouted, jutting out her lower lip and making watery puppy dog eyes bigger than the lake itself.

"I have a boyfriend."

"I don't believe you," Shelly insisted, pushing her upper body out of the water so that her face was inches from my face. "I don't think you're gay at all. Someone as gorgeous as you can't be gay. I think you just don't want to kiss me."

"Oh, he's gay. That's obvious." I spun around to see three campers advancing towards me menacingly, cracking their knuckles. They hadn't been at the camp for that long, maybe a week, but they were already acting as if they owned the entire camp. They were triplets and they strutted around, making younger campers cower in their spots and beating up anyone who got in their way. Their heritage was still uncertain, Chiron expecting them to be children of some minor god or goddess. We didn't know much about them, only that their names were Mary, Harry and Larry and that they had come from somewhere in the city. They had stumbled across the camp on accident and, since they were demigods, Chiron had allotted them three bunks in the Hermes cabin, reminding everyone that no matter how unpleasant the triplets were they were demigods and they had a right to live in the camp.

Mary stepped forward, grinning at me with chipped yellow teeth. Neither one of them had accepted their Camp Half- Blood tee shirt, a shirt which, in my opinion, I rocked, and had instead decided to stay in their shredded up jeans and grimy tee shirts. "You know, guys, I don't like gays much," she said, tilting head ever so slightly to the right. "I think we oughta teach him a lesson."

"Maybe a little bit of wetness will knock some sense into him," Harry sneered, looming over Will. They didn't appear to be that much older than him but they towered over him, measuring well over six feet tall.

"Harry, I think you're right," Larry snickered, joining his siblings around Will. Shelly the naiad had long ago left Will, too terrified to face the triplets. Will could see her logic. "I think you need to go for a little swim, fag."

The words barely had time to register in his brain before he felt three pairs of rough, calloused hands on his body, pushing him into the lake. He tumbled off of the rock, falling headfirst into the icy cold water.

As soon as he was fully submerged in the water he heard a huge splitting noise and what sounded like terrified screaming from the water's edge. He swam to the surface, breaking his head out of the water to see dozens of skeletons crawling out of a huge slit in the ground, attacking the three triplets vigorously, smacking them in the head with rusted spears and spare bones. In the middle of the chaos was Nico Di Angelo, swaying slightly where he stood, two happy meal boxes clutched tightly in his hands.

"Hi, babe," he grinned. "I brought food." His eyes rolled back in his head, falling to the ground, laying motionless in a dry pile of skeleton bones. The skeletons, seeing their master's unconsciousness, crawled back into the ground, the slit closing behind them. Slowly, the triplets picked themselves up off of the ground, bruised, battered, but not seriously injured.

"Your boyfriend is insane!" Mary exclaimed, eyes wide as she turned around, sprinting away from the scene, her brothers following close behind.

"Yes," I sighed, picking Nico up off of the ground bridal style, his head rolling around on my arm. "Yes, he is."

Nico's POV

When I cracked open my eyes I was in my cabin, Will humming softly next to me. He glanced over at me, grinning when he saw that I was awake.

"So, the idiot finally wakes from his slumber," he smirked. "I have to say, you're a regular sleeping beauty. I particularly enjoyed the part where you drooled on your pillow."

"What time is it?" I groaned, peering out the small window on the back end of the wall. It was pitch black outside, diamond like stars glittering in the sky.

"I'm not exactly sure what time it is, but if I had to guess, it's around three a.m."

"What happened?"

"You passed out after summoning all of those skeletons to scare away the triplets. I always tell you not to use your powers that much, and combined with the shadow travel to Australia, you in for a pretty long nap."

"I couldn't let them beat you up," I responded, sitting up all the way. "I love you too much for that." I could tell that he was angry at me for using my powers, but I could sense a faint smile.

"Well, you're a camp hero now," he told me. "Word got around about what you did. People wanted to come in here and congratulate you, but I turned them all away. You needed your rest."

"You just wanted to keep me to yourself. You just don't want to share me." Will blushed.

"That is not true. Like I said, you needed your rest. How are you feeling."

"Fine," I said. "Did you keep those happy meals? You know I went through a lot of trouble to get those." Will reached down to the foot of my bed, pulling out two red and yellow boxes.

"I hope you're okay with cold chicken nuggets, because that's all we have."

"Perfect," I grinned, opening up my box. I fished around, finally finding a plastic minion underneath the apples. "Hey, Will, can I have your toy?" Will laughed.

"Of course, Death Boy. Anything for you."

Hi guys! I hope you liked that one!
