**Author's Note**
The "DigiTour event" mentioned in this Chapter did actually take place. Shout out to Ryan Abe for giving the best hugs. And to the girl who pulled my hair......I will never forgive you. Okay, enjoy Chapter 6

The train ride seemed a bit tedious. Maybe it was the nerves. I've dreamt of meeting Collins for I don't know how long and the thought of it actually happening is both exciting and terrifying at the same time. There have been several instances where I've almost met him. The most recent was back in October. A friend and I went to DigiTour. She wanted to see the Brits, but all I cared about was seeing Collins. It was a ton of fun. At the end of the show Collins had jumped off the stage to say hi to people. I was pushing my way through the crowd when the genius that is JC Caylen decided to throw a poster from the stage. In an effort to get it, someone pulled my hair, causing me to sink to the ground. I was no more than three feet away. When I regained my stability he had turned away and was walking back stage. I wanted to cry. I mean, it wasn't all that bad. I met Ryan Abe and Travis Beck. I even got to talk to Joey Gatto before security decided to be a bitch. But, I still wanted to see Collins. Since then, I've been determined to go to every event that Collins performs at. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to follow through on that since I am borderline broke but, it will happen. And when it does, I'll probably be in tears.
When we finally got off the train I was a bit suspicious as to how Abby new that he was here and I didn't. So, I asked.
"Hey, Abby..."
"Yeah?" she replied with her eyes glued to her phone.
"How do you know that Collins is in the City? Did he tweet it? Because if he did I would've known way before you did and-"
"You're right. He would've tweeted it. But, here's the deal. My sister works at the Gramercy and she told me that he has a show to do over there this weekend. I asked her to help me make arrangements for us,well you, to get to see him. And while we were trying to decide what to do she text me, telling me that he just got here. So here we are. You ruined the surprise."
"You're the best. Do you know that?" I said, giving her a hug.
"Yeah, I already knew that. Haha"
We got off at Penn Station and began walking down 34th Street. We didn't know where he was so we decided to make the most of our time. We found the nearest Starbuck's and decided to share a frappe. We continued our wandering all the way through Time's Square. There isn't a day when the place isn't crowded. I mean it's understandable because it's a major tourist attraction. But, even tourist need to know how to walk in New York. I've bumped into slow walkers, people walking on the wrong side of the street, and people going the absolute wrong way. And trust me, it's very annoying, but you need to try to keep your cool. I'm not very good at that. Anyway, we decided to explore Toy's R Us just for the hell of it (and to ride the ferris wheel). As we're walking, my phone rings. I'm a pretty decent multi-tasker so, I take it out to check it. As I read, I look up periodically to make sure I don't bump into any one, or get hit by a taxi, because both can end in death when you're in NYC. But, being the clutz that I am, I trip on a traffic cone, and land on a stranger. I guess I can't multi-task as well as I thought I could. Luckily, I didn't hit the ground. I did, however smack my head against his chest.
"Are you okay?" he asked. His voice sounded oddly familiar.
"Yeah, I'm fine. What about you? I did pretty much crash into your abdomen with my gigantic head." I say as he helps me stand back up. I look up to thank him. I was caught off guard by the color of his eyes. "You know, you look familiar."
"I do?" he seemed a bit confused.
I thought for a second, then, noticed the key that he wore around his neck. "Oh. My. God. You're Collins Key!" I said rather loudly.
"I am? Wow, cool!" he responded sarcastically.
"Don't do that. You have no idea how much I love you and what you do. And you're beyond talented and-Sorry, I'm rambling."
He chuckled, "It's okay."
"Can I take a picture with you?"
"Of course. Post it on instagram and I'll follow you."
"Ooooh, about that.......I don't have an IG."
"Then we'll use my phone. That okay?"
"Y-yeah."
We took the picture and exchanged an awkward hug before I felt someone grab my hand. It was Abby.
"What happened to you? And who's this? Never mind, don't tell me who that is."
"I tripped..." I trailed off.
"HA"
"Yeah, yeah. And he saved my life" I said pointing up at Collins.
"I did? Sweet." He said. "It was nice meeting you. I gotta go." Before I knew it, he disappeared into a crowd people that had passed us by.
"Wait, wasn't that-?" I cut her off.
"Yeah. That just happened. Collins Key saved my life."
"Did he recognize you?"
"No"
My phone buzzed again. This time, I stopped to check it. It was a tweet from my savior.
@CollinsKey: Just met a #Keyper in NYC. Didn't get her name though. If you know anything about her let me know.
Attached to the tweet was the picture that we took together.I showed it to Abigail then, put my phone in my pocket.
"You didn't tell him?" Abby asked. There was judgment in her voice.
"I was starstruck."
"You gotta tell him"
"How? He's gone."
She snatched my phone out of my pocket and shook it in front of my face.
"Oh, no no no no no. I couldn't" I shook my head.
"Why not? You've done it before."
"Yeah, but you see, I was behind a computer screen, not on top of him."
