I knew for a fact that the next few weeks were going to be torture. I mean, I still had our weekly Skype sessions to look forward to. But, the thought of him coming back completely trumps everything else. Of course, he'll have to leave again, but I don't care. Seeing him was the only thing on my mind and it probably will be even after he's here.

All this thinking about him does have it's down-side. For one, I still had to focus on exam week coming up. And I knew it wasn't for another month, but, how I do on these exams can either make or break my entire summer. I'm not taking any chances. I spent all, okay, most of the past week preparing.

You see, my mom booked a trip to the Bahamas. We're supposed to go in August. But, if I screwed up my exams, I'd be left behind to sulk in misery. And there was no way in hell I was gonna let that happen. It's been well over ten years since I've been on a real vacation. And I was willing to do absolutely anything to secure my ticket to paradise.

I must admit, all the worrying about exams, and Collins was starting to take it's toll on me. So, I thought it would be a good idea to call my three best friends and have a girls day out. Because nothing's better than window shopping and frozen yogurt.

We met at the yogurt shop to plan out our day.

"Okay." Abby started. "I say we go to Forever21 first."

"Yeah." I said. "But, we always end up getting stuff there without intending to. So, I think it should be last."

"Oh come on Em. It's early. It's best we get there now before it gets crowded."

"It's always crowded."

"Please?" she pouted.

"You know that doesn't work on me."

"You know you wanna go."

"Fine. But you're buying me yogurt."

"Deal. What do you want?"

"Strawberry cheesecake. Gummy bears and chocolate covered pretzels."

"I never understood the whole gummy bears and yogurt thing."

"It's good. You should try it." Britney said.

Abby shook her head. "Maybe some other time."

She went up, filled my order as well as her own, paid and slowly made her way back to our table.

"Okay, don't look now, but I think the cashier is into you." Gina whispered.

"Into who?" I asked.

"Abby." She tried her best not to raise her voice. She wasn't doing a very good job.

"What? No way." Abby said.

I turned around for a second to take a look at him. He was clearly staring at someone and it wasn't me. Not to mention that he was adorable. He was kinda like a teddy bear. Kinda tall. Not super built, but burly. And he had dark, curly hair and hazel eyes.

"I don't know." I said. "He looks pretty interested to me. And he's cute too."

"You guys are ridiculous." she laughed.

"If you don't want him, I'll gladly take him." I joked.

"Even if I didn't want him, you can't have him."

"Why not?"

"I saw him first. And, you have a magician."

"Good point." I said. "But seriously, look at him. I swear if we walk out of here-"

Gina started to panic. "Shhhh he's coming over here. Act cool."

He walked toward us. It was clear that he was trying to look confident, but you could see how shy he actually was.
