I got home around nine. I DMed Collins so he knew that I was safe. Then, I changed into sweats and jumped into bed. Abby called me at around ten.
"Soooooooo" she started.
"Soooooooo what?" I laughed.
"Is it safe to say that you and Magic Boy are a thing now?"
"I wouldn't say we're a thing"
"Judging by that kiss, I would say you are."
"Oh, you saw that?"
"I mean, he grabbed you twice. I was with you both times. So, the answer to that is yes."
"Sorry" I giggled.
"I think it's cute. So, what happened when we got there? What did you guys talk about, or not talk about, judging by what I saw ."
"I basically told him what I told you. We talked about what happened....obviously. We argued a bit. Then....he kissed me. No big deal."
"No big deal? Really? You don't just brush something like that off."
"I'm not brushing it off."
"How does it feel?"
"What?"
"You and Magic Boy."
"I'm still not sure."
"What do you mean you're not sure? You seemed pretty sure to me."
"But, what's gonna happen when he goes back home?"
"You Oovoo, Skype, something. It's the 21st century, Emy."
"That doesn't mean anything."
"This whole thing started with a tweet. I'm pretty sure video chatting every once in a while won't hurt."
"Abby, I don't think you understand the concept of time zones."
"No, I do actually. And it's more than time zones that's stopping you. Like always."
"Look-"
"No, you look. Do you like him or not?"
"Well-"
"Do you like him?"
"Yes" I sighed.
"Are you sure?"
"Yeah."
"Does he make you happy?"
"Very"
"Do you want to be happy?"
"Who doesn't?"
"Then, be happy. And don't let anything stop you."
"I guess you have a point."

"True."
"Thank you."
"You know what else is true?"

"That you're annoying."
She laughed. "Yeah. But you love me, so...."
"I know. Hey did you do the-"
"The what?"
"Hold on, I got a message from Collins."
"Oooooooh what did he say?"
"He's leaving Monday morning."
"Oh no, you're starting to sound depressed again."
"No, I'm not depressed. Just a little upset, that's all."
"Well, before you start thinking of the worst case scenario, remember what I said."
"But what if that doesn't work out?"
"It's going to work out."
"How do you know?"
"You guys have been DMing each other back and forth for almost two weeks. Look at you now."
"Fine, I'll give it a try."
"Good. Well, I'm gonna go."
"Why?"
"So you can talk to Magic Boy."
"Wow. You're more excited about this than I am." I giggled
"Tell me how it goes."
"Okay. Bye."
I went back to my messages .
E: Hey, I was on the phone with Abby. Sorry.
C: it's okay. i was wondering if you have any free time tmw
E: yeah, why?
C: you know why
E: oh...yeah... :(
C: i want to spend as much time with you as i can before i go.
E: do you have to?
C: i don't want to..
E: fine. :( are you gonna miss me?
C: i already do ;)

C: i know, and it was awesome. but now i don't see you.....and i really want to
