It's Monday morning, which means that I have to go to school and see all the people that I don't want to see. So far the list of people is just Peter and Lydia, but I'm sure it will get longer as the week goes on.

"Why are you mad at me?" Lydia asked as she was trying to keep up with me. "And why are you walking so fast?" She mutters.

"I'm not mad at you," I'm mad at the world.

I open my locker and throw my bag in. Lydia throws hers in, too. "Don't you have your own locker?"

"As if! You know I don't use my locker. Honestly, I'm not even sure where it is,"

"Well, you better find it, because your Michael Kors bag is taking up all my space," I grab it and shove it in her arms.

"Someone's got their panties in a twist!" Lydia scowls.

Up ahead I see Peter walking in the hall with another girl. Lydia spots him, too, and makes a beeline for him.

I scan the hallway and spot Scott's signature tattoo. "Scott!" I grab his arm and pull him with me.

"Yes?" He looks adorably confused.

"What, I can't walk with you now? I tease and smile.

"You can walk with me anytime," He smiles back.

I pretend to laugh really hard at what he said when Peter passes us.

Scott looks at me strangely but shrugs it off.
"I'm really sorry about Friday," He frowns.

"It's fine," I reassure. He's still wearing an upset face. "Really, it's okay! I just wanted to hang out with you, I feel like it's been so long," It's the truth, I really miss Scott.

I glance back at Peter and see a blank expression. Hmm.

"It has. I was going to join you and Lyds Saturday," I focus my attention back to Scott. "But she said that you didn't want me there,"

Wait, what? "I never said that! I don't know what's going on with her," Anger boils inside of me. I can't even count how many times she's lied about me to people in the last couple of
days. "She's never acted like this before,"

"Yeah," He says distantly. I follow his gaze and see him looking at Isaac Lahey, one of our friends.

"Okay, this is my stop," I excuse myself with a wave and walk away.

"Hey Alli!" Scott calls after me.

"Yeah," I breathe and turn around.

"Can we hang soon?"

"Of course," I turn back around and see Peter staring at Scott with a scowl.

Perfect timing.

It's already halfway through the school day, and Allison hasn't said one word to me. It's like we're strangers, which technically we kind of are. I mean I could care less; She means nothing to me. Honestly, she's a stuck-up bitch.
