CH.68

I stepped out of the airport waiting for a cab, it was raining and it was almost midnight when I got a cab. I took my phone out from my bag. It has been months since I flew to Australia to visit my mom though I originally only planned to come to see her stay for a few days just so I wont be bothered by my dad anymore it somehow worked out between us.

She said she was scared to meet up with me which is why she ignored me when I tried to reach out to her. It was a lame excuse and it didn't change what I felt towards her I still couldn't understand why she had to leave me behind. But while I was there I realized one thing— her life was different from mine. She couldn't possibly give me everything my dad had given me growing up. It was that reason why she chose to leave me behind my dad.

To Dave💪:

Dave🙌 are the boys at the hotel?

It won't ruin the surprise if I tell dave that I'm headed to the hotel. I didn't tell any of the boys that I'll be back to surprise them. I was gone for months and even though I've been wanting to tell Luke everything, I didn't. The tour ends in a few months anyway I'll surprise him by introducing him to my mother who I barely talked to him about.  Well, that's the original plan.

From Dave💪:
We're at a club for the after show party :)

To Dave💪:
Is Luke with you? I'm headed to the hotel to surprise him. I'm 10mins away.

From Dave💪:
I'll pick u up from the hotel its not that far from the club. See you.

I put my phone in my pocket, looking at the raindrops on the car window to calm me down. I've been feeling uneasy ever since I landed and I don't know why but I can't seem to shake off the feeling of anxiousness rushing throught my body.

"What is wrong with me today?" I mumbled to myself.

The moment I got out of the cab I saw Dave waiting for me at the front of the entrance. I pulled my hoodie over my head to shield me from the rain, when he spotted me he ran to me, taking my small backpack and handed me an umbrella.

"I can carry that you know." I scoffed but he just chuckled at me.

"You should be with them. It's your job." I told him and he shrugged.

"The boys always tell me that my job when you're around is to keep you safe." He said and I blushed.

Those boys are seriously spoilding me too much.

"Dave, take me to the club."

He turned to me surprised.
"You don't want to head to the room? I'll get them for you."

I shook my head. "I'm just gonna drop off to surprise Luke and the boys then sleep. I don't want them leaving their party."

He smiled, nodding his head and then we were off to the club. I could already see drunk people in the street near the club that was om sight, there were girls outside who were barely wearing fabric to cover up their body.

"Is my outfit good enough?" I looked down and frowned at Dave who just chuckled.

Maybe I should've changed into something that wouldn't make me look like a guy, not like I would wear a dress for this but maybe something else than a hoodie and ripped jeans, I do not look like club appropriate.

"It's fine. You'll get in."

We got in effortlessly since Dave was on the list. The moment I stepped in I could already start to feel my head starting to hurt from all the laser lighting and the loud music mixed with the screaming of drunk party goers banging in my ears.
