Four hours after my water was broke Cheyenne Alison Taylor was born. Wright was right behind me the whole time. "That author should have scheduled it four week earlier." I said. Wright chuckled. "I think she should have planned her cover better. She had me read the book before I even got to get to the studio." He said. "Where was it mostly taken place?" I asked. "A ranch, but most of the story took place after the pregnancy." He said.

"Let's go to the hospital so they can check her out." I said. "The doctor did advise it." He said before helping me up. The ride there I was letting our little girl have skin to skin contact. I held her just right and she latched on to nurse. As incredible as this is long nights are ahead. "Wright our parents don't even know she's here." I said as I turned Chey around so she could get to the other side. "I'll call while you take care of our girl." He said.

When we got to the hospital our parents were getting there the same time. I kept Cheyenne covered as we walked in. The nurse at the front desk greeted us. "How may I help you?" She asked. I let Wright talk because I was still skeptical about hospitals. "Come right on back." She said. Wright and I both follow the nurse back while our parents waited in the waiting room. I sat down on the bed with our daughter. Wright sat down next to me.

I pulled the blanket back revealing our sleeping daughter. She squirmed and yawned. After the basic check up was done they got a small blood sample. I held her tight then trying to quiet her. "Let me see her baby." Wright said. I handed her over. Instantly he held her to his broad and muscular chest with his muscular arms. I could tell he was trying not to use too much strength. In a few minutes he had her calm. He looked over at me.

She looked so tiny compared to him. "Baby. Is it bad I already want another child?" He asked. "Maybe after she turns two." I said. "Anything for you." He said.

I rocked our girl while she napped

I rocked our girl while she napped. As much as I hate to say this, Wright quit the book cover after our girl was born because the author went into a complete fit because I went into labor. In the midst of her fit he yelled that he wasn't going to be on another one of her covers because she couldn't get it together. In his own words he said, 'I'm never going to be in on another one of your books because you missed your time window for the shots you wanted and put a pregnant woman in harms way. I would have sued you if my wife or child was harmed during the short hours of the shoot.'

Last I heard she lost the deal with her book and had to improvise with the cover. We got paid for being in it, the author was more or less forced to because it was her fault for missing the eight week long span before I gave birth. That was plenty of time and our girl came a week late so that put me and Wright on edge for the shoot. She was born in late June, two days before her dad's birthday. I yawned and leaned back in the recliner falling asleep with Cheyenne.

I felt Cheyenne moved from my arms then a kiss on my cheek. I knew it was Wright going to put her in her bed. Arms picked me up I wrapped my arms around his neck letting him carry me to the bedroom. "I'll take care of her tonight baby girl." He said as he set me on the bed. I knew he was about to go shower like he does every night. I sat up watching as he undressed. "How was your day?" I asked him. "It's work." He said. I got up off our bed.

I wrapped my arms around him. Then kissed him. As tired as I was I wanted to be with him. "I'll get up with her tonight and early in the morning to let you sleep in." He said. "You don't have to." I said. "But I absolutely want to. You had her all day long and I want to. You need to rest and sleep." He kissed me before going into the bathroom. I took the dress I was wearing off and took my underwear off too before going and joining him.

"Miss me?" He asked. "Of course. I always miss my strong man." I said. That led to a pretty heated make out session in the shower until we heard babbling on the baby monitor we put in our bathroom.
