Meanwhile, Back in Missouri, Cailey wasn't feeling well.

Cailey's headache had only gotten worse. She still tried to ignore it but it was hard to focus. Aaron and Elizabeth were both worried about her and tried to convince Cailey to relax. She kindly refused and tried to help.

"Cailey, please." Aaron said. "You won't get any better unless you rest."

"Guys, I'll be fine. Stop worrying." She replied, staggering past them. She felt dizzy and tired at the same time. Aaron and Elizabeth were in the Kitchen and Cailey was out in the living room.

"I hope Drayton gets back, soon..." Elizabeth sighed.

"Me, too. I'm really worried about them." Aaron added.

"Do you think they got the guy?"

"I don't know. I hope so." Aaron said as he opened a box of crackers.

"I never liked that stupid idea, anyway." Elizabeth said getting angry. "Texas is way too far away. Why didn't we just take one of the patrol trucks hostage and ask them questions?"

"Because they might not know any answers. This science guy definitely knows something." Aaron answered, shoving some crackers into his mouth.

"I guess that makes sense... Maybe, things will be okay." She said calming down. Just then there was a loud thud in the living room. Aaron and Elizabeth both ran for the door. They both burst through the door and saw Cailey laying on the floor in the middle of the room. They both ran to her and Elizabeth checked her pulse. She was breathing.

"What happened?!" Aaron asked, starting to panic.

"I think she just fainted. Let's carry her up to the room." Elizabeth said, lifting Cailey's top half. Aaron quickly helped and they carefully carried Cailey up the stairs, into the girl's room. They laid her down on the bed and covered her in the blanket.

"I hope the others get back soon.." Elizabeth said, starting to cry. Aaron wrapped his arms around her and she put her head on his shoulder. Aaron looked at Cailey from where he stood. She looked like she was in an endless sleep, like the people who were affected by the gas of Operation Sandman. Endless sleep... Something was very wrong.
