THE CREEP IN THIS BEAUTIFUL WORLD
I.
"Why are you even friends with that weirdo?" was what your friend asked when you were on your way home after school.
"What? Who's weirdo?" you asked back.
"That Zachary," she turned on my direction and gasped a little. "O. M. G. Do not turn your head that way, but he was staring at you again."
And like what you always did, you nonchalantly turned as if it was not a big deal to you. It was my turn to look away because your gorgeous green eyes were too much for me. I pretended to look somewhere else, but I could see you in the corners of my eyes.
You smiled. I saw it.
Then, you waved and called my name.
"Hey, Zach!"
II.
You were always with Stephanie. How I wished she disappeared now. How I wished. Oh, how I madly wished. But mad wishes weren't granted, right? Especially mad wishes of a freak like me.
You were so beautiful. So beautiful I couldn't stop thinking about you. Every moment of the day, my every waking hours, every time I closed my eyes, food I ate, things I did, my every dream, you were there.
You were there...
Your eyes, your lips, the smell of your hair, and your skin- so white and smooth I was almost afraid to touch.
Almost.
Because I couldn't stop thinking about you, I risked it. Risked that millisecond of touch- a slight brush of the back ofmy hand to yours as I passed you on the school corridors.
But Stephanie saw it. Saw what I was about to do. And as I neared you she blocked the way and pushed me hard.
"Don't come near us, freak!"
"I-I am not!" I said as stole glances your way. You grabbed Stephanie's hand and pulled her away.
"Stephanie, stop," you said as you towed her to your next class. You looked back at me and gave me an apologetic smile.
That was the time I wished I was special.
III.
"Have you seen my packed toiletry bag?" Stephanie asked you as she rummaged in her locker.
"Are you sure you brought it with you this morning?" you asked.
"Yes! We're going swimming after school, right? I even packed my new two piece suit and even bought you yours!"
"That's a pain now. But I'll just buy us a new pair on our way to the pool," you said.
Ah, you were not only kind but generous as well. The thought of you in swim wear made my crotch harden. How many times have I masturbated at the thought of you, I couldn't count.
You two left the other way for the last class and I proceeded to my locker. Careful not to be seen. I'm funny that way. Someone seeing me right now was a rarity for all students were in their classes. Except me, because I planned on skipping it now.
Still, I quietly made my way towards your lockers and slipped the note.
IV.
I looked into the mirror.
I despised what I saw.
Cuts, scars, and more cuts. I'm a hideous sight compared to you.
I readied myself. Scrubbed my body for our meeting tonight. I knew you would come. I knew. I knew you would ditch that bitch Stephanie. I knew.
