Lasercorn

Y/n's POV
I was on my way to pick up my friend, Sophia's, kid to watch him. She and I were best friends, so she trusted me. I was jamming out to Smosh's music video. I parked, turned off my car, and walked in to get him. He was two and pretty crazy. I was looking for him in the little playroom and saw a man with VERY orange hair. He had on an Iron Man jacket with jeans. Lasercorn?

"Girly!" That's what he called me. (Sophia's kid) He ran up to me and held my leg.

"Hi, Jack. You ready to go?" I asked him. He ran to get his little backpack and I looked back up. I saw Lasercorn right in front of me holding Tyler.

"Hi! I see you got quite the kid there." He said to me. Lasercorn was talking to me. Don't fan girl.

"Well, I'm just babysitting. I'm Y/n. I watch your channel all the time and Smosh." I smiled and shook his free hand. Jack ran back up to me and I picked him up. I looked at Tyler, (baby-corn) and the baby smiled so big. He held out his hands to grab mine and I held out mine. He snatched my free hand and hugged it.

"I see that he likes you. That's crazy. He usually doesn't warm up to anyone until the third time he sees them." David laughed. Jack was tapping my shoulder and it was irking me.

"Yes, Jack?"

"Game!" He yelled. He wanted to play Mario Kart. That was his favorite. I nodded my head and tugged my hand from Tyler. He didn't let go. I tugged again, but his grip got tighter.

"Come on Tyler, let her hand go." He shook his head and hugged it again.

"Ok, do you maybe want to come hang out at my house since he won't budge?" David asked.

"Sure if Sabrina doesn't mind." I smiled.

"Actually I need to talk about that. I haven't told anyone and I trust you." He had sad eyes. What happened?

"Ok. That's just fine. We'll let Jack and Tyler play while we talk." He nodded and I let Tyler hold my hand, still in David's arms, on our way to the car. I put Jack in his car seat and since David took an Uber I let him in my car.

"So, everything ok?" I asked him. He still looked hurt. Poor guy. He was my favorite in Smosh.

"No, it's not." He was about to cry. I knew he was. He pointed to the street and we pulled into his driveway. I got Jack out of the car and walked into the house. It was pretty decent.

"I'll go put Jack and Tyler in the playroom." I nodded as he took Tyler and Jack to the room. And walked back and sat beside me. He dropped his head into his hands and cried.

"Oh, David. I'm sorry, what happened?" I looked up at me with tears running down his face.
"S-she ch-cheated on m-me! She said that she h-ha-hates me now." Why? She was stupid to leave him. I hugged him and he quickly hugged back.

"Shhh David. It's ok. I'm here!" He nodded and hugged tighter.

"Thank you Y/n. I'm glad to find someone who listens." He looked up at me.

"David I know that we just met, but I love you. You have a great personality and you're hilarious. I hate to see you sad." He had wide eyes. I didn't know what to do.

He tackled me with a kiss. It was so passionate. He was hovering over me. I pushed him back a little.

"David we just met. Are you sure about this? I mean you just got divorced a-" He put a finger over my mouth.

"Y/n, I know you quite well. I watch your YouTube channel every day. So I feel like we know each other pretty well." I blushed. No one ever watches my channel. It's so weird. He smirked and kissed me again. I kissed back this time. He fell on top of me on purpose.

"Oh my gosh, David! Get off of me!" I laughed trying to push him off.

"Will you play Street Fighter with me?" He asked.

"Yes! Just get off!" I yelled. He rolled off and handed me a controller. He turned on the TV and started the game. I picked Chun-Li and he picked Akuma.

"I'm gonna kill you," I told him, kicking his butt. 

"You're going to?! You already are!" I laughed as I won. I hugged him and he put his head down.
"I've never lost to a girl." He chuckled. "Want some chips?" He asked going to the kitchen.
"Sure, and some water please." He tossed the chips and the water bottle to me.

                        Lasercorn's POV

She was amazing. I love her so much. Her YouTube channel is so funny and cute. I ate my chips with her and we talked about Smosh and Smosh Games. I really want her to join.

"I'm also great at Minecraft." She said throwing away her trash.

"You should join Smosh Games! You'd be great!" She nodded. She looked at her phone.

"SHOOT!" She yelled before running to the playroom.

"Is everything ok?" I asked getting up behind her.

"I gotta take Jack back to Sophia!" She said taking Jack's hand.

"Hey calm down sweet. You can just text her the address." She took a breath and texted back her friend. We all went back to the living room and sat down. Tyler hugged Y/n the whole time while Jack fell asleep.

About half an hour later Sophia came by. There was a knock on the door and I answered it. The girl stood in the doorway full of shock.

"Hello?" I waved my hand. She waved back.

"You're Lasercorn." She pointed at me. I laughed.

"Come in. Jack's asleep." She nodded her head and walked in. Y/n had fallen asleep with Tyler in her arms. It was so sweet. Sophia picked Jack up and waved.

"Sorry, I'm Sophia, nice to meetcha!" I shook her hand.

"I'm sorry that I'm such a weirdo. I'm just a big fan. Well, I have to get him to bed." She waved again and left. I sat back down on the couch by Y/n and Tyler. I put Tyler to bed and went back to the living room. I sat by her and played with her beautiful hair.

"Mmmm, David?"

"Yeah?"

 
"I'm tired. Can I sleep here?"

 
"Of course sweetheart." I stood up and picked her up bridal style. She giggled and I laid her on the bed. She took off her hoodie and got under the covers. I took off my shirt and lay beside her. She scooted closer to me. I held her and we fell asleep.

                      Y/n's POV
I fell asleep in Lasercorn's arms. At about one in the morning, I heard Tyler crying. I shook David and he woke up.

"What?" He looked at me. You could get lost in his eyes. Or just creeped out by his stare.

"Tyler..." he nodded and went to Tyler's room. A few minutes later he came back with Tyler in his arms.

"Y/n!" He yelled. I smiled and David lay down with Tyler. I held Tyler close and David held both of us closer. After today I have one question.

Is this what having a family felt like?
