Y/n'sPOV

Saturday. It was the day of our camp field trip. We were going to an art museum and a baseball game. I packed a small bag of things for the bus including headphones, uno, my sketchbook, chapstick, and goldfish. I tried to look the least bit decent for the museum and the baseball game so I wore a button-up short-sleeve shirt with 80's designs and tucked that into my jeans. I grabbed a belt and put it on and slipped on my combat boots.

"Y/n! We need to head downstairs!" I heard Mari yell from the bathroom.

"Mari, we still have thirty minutes. What's the rush?" I asked while looking for my bracelet.

"I just want to get down there first. You know the first one to the lobby gets to choose the TV channel. And you'll see Damian since he's always out there early," she teased. I chuckled. We went out and locked the door. I stumbled down the stairs and flopped onto the couch in front of the TV. I took out my sketchbook and started to sketch an eye with a flower inside of the pupil. I felt someone leaning over my shoulder. A shadow appeared over my drawing. I looked up to see Damien looking at my art.

"That looks pretty good. Maybe you could teach me something." He chuckled. I blushed a bit at his compliment. He sat down beside me and continued to watch as I finished my drawing. It was a while until the counselors finally came to tell us that the bus had arrived to take us on the trip.

I sat by Mari, of course, on the way there. We stopped at a museum first. It had a lot of different exhibits we could visit and we took a small mixed-media art class. It was pretty uneventful and I wasn't a fan of most of the art. The ballgame, however, was a completely different story.

The people in charge had organized that the entire group got an entire patio area to ourselves. We got all of our food for free and we could roam the stadium as we pleased. Some people watched the game, some ate, some did both, and some completely ignored the group and wandered off. I stayed and ate my food. I wasn't interested in sports, but it still kept me entertained.

"You look lonely." Damien sat down beside me and flashed me a smile.

"Oh, I was just going to eat and then join the girls to see what they were up to."

"We're all playing never have I ever together at that table. Want to join?" I looked over at the table to see everyone. I nodded at him. I ate my last bite and followed him over to the table.

"Don't worry guys, I brought one more." He motioned for me to sit beside him as the others cheered.

"Alright guys, let's continue," Mari smirked. She stared me down. "Never have I ever not had my first kiss." Everybody started questioning her and laughing. I lowered my head in embarrassment.

"Have you really not had your first kiss, Y/n?" Damien asked. I shook my head 'no.' He stood up and mouthed for me to follow him. We went to a secluded spot where people couldn't see us.

"Damien, what are you doing?" I asked.

"Can I kiss you?" He asked. It took me a second to answer but I nodded my head. He held his hand up to my cheek and slowly pulled me in. He kissed me softly. It felt as if fireworks began to go off. It was perfect. As we pulled away, I realized that actual fireworks were going off from the game. We giggled at each other. Then I remembered. We'd be leaving tomorrow. Would I see him again?"
