It had been a few days. Russel was now traveling with you and Murdoc, but in his own car. There seemed to be no more romance, but Murdoc still had the key to your heart. You were the one behind the wheel now, trailing behind Russel as the three of you made your way up to New York. Russel was planning on going there anyways, and since you were all traveling together now, you kind of had to tag along.
It was one hell if a drive, that was for sure. You arched your back in an attempt to stretch out, but it didn't help all that much. You put on your turning signal and switched over to the lane next to Russel. You rolled down the window and stuck your head out, keeping your eyes on the road. Russel rolled down his passenger window and glanced over at you. "Let's get off at a rest stop!" You shouted, causing Murdoc to wake up and groan. You heard him curse under his breath, but decided to shake it off. Russel nodded and got back in front of you.
Soon, the three of you pulled over and got out at a rest stop.
