"Yeah, sure! Why?"
"Mum and dad and Jules will be at work and Jonah's going out. I thought it'd be nice for us to have a day together you know."
"Sounds nice. I'll be there at nine."
"Yay!"
"How's Willow?"
"All over the place. Honestly, that kid has a lot of energy."
"Haha, she'll be there tomorrow right?"
"Yeah, in all her tiny little glory!"
"Haha good."
"Ellie, do you- no forget it."
"It's fine. Ask me."
"Do you miss him?"
"Obviously. It's been two months since we talked normally! I didn't know why you guys left and no one told me. I'm so sorry. Really. If only he'd talk to me."
"I'm sorry, Ellie. He's being a shallow idiot."
"No, it's all my fault."
"Ellie, no."
"Leave it. I'll see you tomorrow at nine. Bye."
"Bye."
"..."
"Jonah, what the heck have you done? You've gone and broken the girl."
A/N: One more chapter and it's the epilogue!! Pickled Onions is almost finished and then, in September, there will be a new book BUT, there will be bonus chapters and the q and a :) Plus I have to make the aesthetics.
