Jonah | Elena
Others
Elena was nervously standing outside the big brown door clutching her father’s hand like she was a child again.
“It’ll be alright poppet.” her father said noticing that she was fretting.
“Yeah but what if-”
“No what ifs love. This is going to be the best day of your life and don’t let those thoughts ruin your happiness.”
Elena smiled at that and nodded.
“I know dad.” and then she saw Jules peek his head out through the door and give them the thumbs up which meant that it was time for Ellie to make her grand entrance.
She was finally going to get married! Elena smoothed down her dress and looked at her dad while she looped her hand in his: this was it.

The opening bars of ‘Here Comes The Bride’ started to play and the doors swung open and Jonah almost gasped out loud. Elena was gorgeous but right now, she looked angelic. No, there wasn’t a good enough word to describe Elena. Angelic was as good as he could go. Her blonde curls bounced as she walked towards him and her blue eyes twinkled merrily. She just looked absolutely stunning and as she came to stand next to him, Jonah had to restrain himself from just kissing her and little did he know that Elena was trying not to do the same thing but Jonah decided to start his vows as a distraction.
“Elena Amelia Reynolds,” he said taking a deep breath, “I have loved you for a long time and the day I decided to make you part of my life is the day I felt wholesome. You have always been there for me and I love you for who you are. I left you once but I never want to leave you again as I will support you throughout your life and I hope to make you happy for eternity.”
Hearing Jonah’s word’s made Elena tear up and smile in joy as those words were his own to her and something in her stomach fluttered. Everytime she saw him, it was like she saw him all over again. He was just so… stunning.
“Jonah Reyes, you’ve always been the light for me. Being with you is the highlight of my days and I’ve never wanted more than to spend my lifetime with you. I would love nothing more than supporting you through life and being there by your side. I want to make you happy since you are the sole reason for my happiness. Every single day, I cherish my moments with you and I look for forward to spend the rest of my life with you.”
And with that, Jonah looked at Elena will a happy gaze when he heard the words, “Do you Elena Reynolds, accept Jonah Reyes to be your husband?” being spoken.
“I do.”
“And do you, Jonah Reyes, accept Elena Reynolds to be your wife?”
“I do.”
“You may now kiss the bride.”
With that, Jonah pulled Elena’s face to hers and kissed while cheers erupted around the room and as they pulled away, Jonah whispered, “I’ll never leave you again, Pickles.” to which Elena replied by kissing him. Again.
A/N: *waves* Hello! I know it’s been a LONG time since I’ve updated and I’m sorry! I’ve just truckloads of homework piled onto me and I have mocks in November. I’m also starting the last book in the Snacks Trilogy and the characters who I originally had in mind were changed around! More information on that in another chapter and if I haven’t replied to comments, i’ll do it soon - I usually do all the Wattpad stuff on my laptop but now the site doesn’t work (for some reason) on my laptop so I have to use my phone for now which is quite laggy.
Also: This was written in a rush so if it’s a bit off to read, I apologise and the wedding ceremony was kind of changed around because I wanted it to be really generic.
Question: I have no idea what to put here as my brain is slightly fried at the moment so, comment whatever you feel like (obviously it has to be appropriate).
Don’t forget to vote, comment and share!
Until next time!
