Geek held on to Lapras' neck as she pushed herself along the ocean waves. Tsunami and Wave swam next to her in the waters as Geek and Volt rested on Lapras' back with their beds and Deposit Box. The trip would take about three days according to Lapras' travel plan, and according to Marowak's map. The group had a long trip ahead of them. Wave swam up next to Geek who stood next to Lapras' head.

"I still don't understand why we had to bring Tsunami with us," Wave mumbled to Geek.

"Think about it dude, we're going to explore a new land and we don't know if we'll even see other Pokemon. We're gonna need all the help we can get," Geek replied logically.

"But you already have a water type. Me, duh," Wave whined.

"But you're a cook and medic, Tsunami is more of a fighter," Geek replied.

"What about Tsunami?" Volt suddenly chimed in behind Geek.

"Nothing," Wave quickly said as he closed the conversation.

Geek turned around and looked back miles and miles away, towards the mainland they had just left nearly thirty minutes ago. Everyone had been there to say goodbye. Everyone in the city, the Explorers of Tomorrow, and even some of the villagers from Petal Town had come back with them. Geek felt a small prick of regret and pain inside of himself. He felt sad, but he knew this was what he wanted and needed to do. As Geek turned back around, looking off into the distance, he was quickly reassured and strengthened that this was what he wanted to do. He felt the wind and gentle breeze along with the soothing sound of waves and water all around him. This was going to be a fun journey.

Geek laid asleep next to Volt in their bed. Lapras continued to swim along, trying not to wake up her sleeping passengers. Wave and Tsunami sat on Lapras; back to get some rest from the swimming they had been doing. The two water types observed the awkward position that Geek and Volt were in, imagining how uncomfortable they must be. Geek was sprawled across the bed, taking up nearly half of it while Volt laid on top of him, both clearly passed out. It was quite the scene, and Wave thought how funny it would be if he threw them both in the ocean. Tsunami asked if yelling would wake them up, but Wave explained no.

The sun was just beginning to rise above the ocean distance when Wave decided he was hungry. He opened up the Deposit Box and rummaged through it. He found a few apples, a few pieces of berries, and some water jars. Tsunami decided to eat a little too, since swimming tended to make anyone hungry. As they devoured their food, the sun rose even higher and cast its shining light across the ocean blue. As the two ate in silence, it began to get colder, and Wave noticed a large dark cloud approaching them from afar.

"Lapras?" Wave asked nervously.

"Yes Wave?" Lapras replied, not noticing the cloud from afar.

"Do you have any roof coverage for your passengers?" Wave asked.

"Yes, why-" then Lapras saw the storm.

"Oh my," Lapras said as she began hurrying her pace.

"Where is the cover?" Tsunami asked.

"Look under me, there should be a large pouch. It's water tight, so you'll have to unload it on my back. There should be some attachable stilts and a tarp," Lapras explained.

"Got it," Wave said as he dove under.

Tsunami stayed above and watched the large storm cloud roll closer and closer as they continued forward. Wave finally got the tarp and stilts and set them up, but the wind pushed hard and almost made Wave lose them. After finally setting it up, Wave and Tsunami finished their meals and returned to the water. Volt woke up a little bit later, just before the storm hit.
