Chapter 30 ~ Regionals finals

Rileys POV:
We're just getting ready to watch Elite perform their semi finals routeen. If they win we are against them in the finals. They are definatly our biggest competition. The next step has been trying to beat them for years but they always win. Hopefully today is our day to beat them.
They begin.

They were so good.
'Elite scores 90 points moving them onto the finals against the next step!'
They come off the stage.
I just hope we can beat them.

Im finishing putting on my make up for the finals routeen. James approaches me.
'You look beautiful' he says.
'In this old thing?'
'If you were wearing a black plastic bag Id still tell you your beautiful cause you are'
I smile.
'Your so sweet'
'I know'
I kiss him.
'Guyes Elite are about to go on' Kate tells us.
We go over next to her.
They start their dance.

We all look at eachother very intimidated.
'Elite scores 91 points!'
Everyone claps and they leave the stage.
'Guyes dont worry okay. You are all great dancers and I know youll beat them. Yes they are very intimidating but dont let it get to you. You can do this okay. Just dance as a team and I know youll kill it. Hands in guyes!' Kate says.
'One. Two. Three!'
'THE NEXT STEP!'
We all run on stage. This is it.
Our last chance to proove we can win this.
Here we go.

Everyone claps and we all bow. Elite joins us on stage to get the results. As I stand next to James and hold his hand, I couldnt feel better. If it wasnt for him I wouldnt be here. I wouldnt be standing with him right now. I wouldnt be dancing. I owe it all to him.
'The winner of the absolute dance regionals is...'
I really hope we won.
'The next step!'
I dont believe it! We actually won! We won regionals! We jump up and down with excitment. Emily and Michelle recieve the trophie and hold it up.
This is amazing!
I jump into James arms.
'We won! We actually won! We're the best dancers in the region!'
'I know baby!'
He kissses me.
This is the best day ever!
