Chapter 32 ~ Miami

Rileys POV:
Weve just arrived at the hotel and Miss Kate is just booking us in. She comes over to us.
'Allright guyes! We're finally here! We made it to Miami!'
We all cheer.
'Now I have booked four rooms. Since there are 10 of you, four will take one room, another four will take the other and two will take a room, and I will have a room to myself. So you can choose whoever you want to be in the room'
We all start chatting among ourselves. I walk over to James.
'Do you want to be in the same room together?' I ask.
'Sure' he smiles.
'Hey guyes!' Emily says walking over with West.
'Hey. Are you two together?' I ask.
'Yeah. We were thinking of been in fours. Do you two want to join us?' Emily asks.
'Okay'
We go over to Miss Kate.
'Me, James, Emily and West want to be in a room together' I tell her.
'If course. Heres your key to the room. Just wait till everyone else is ready'
I nod and take the key.
Emily smiles.
'This will be so much fun!'
'I really want to go to the beach later' I tell them.
'Yeah same' James says.
When everyone is ready we go upstairs to our rooms.
Stephanie and Gisselle are together in a room and Eldon, Michelle, Tiffaney and Chloe are together.
'You guyes go and get settled in. Meet me downstairs in the lobby in an hour. We can then go to the beach' Kate says.
We all go into our rooms.
'Wow! This place is amazing!' Emily says.
'Yeah! Its huge!'
We unpack our things and get ready for the beach.

We are all at the beach hanging around.
'Guyes! Who wants to jump off the peir!' Emily asks.
We all run over to the peir.
'James jump in' I tell him.
'No way! Its freezing!'
'I know that but your going to have to go in!'
'So are you!'
'But I dont want to!'
'Ladies first!'
I groan. I walk back a bit. I look at Michelle and smile.
'What are you planning?' she asks.
'Youll see. James will be sorry he said no to going in first'
Shd smiles.
As I run to jump off, I quickly turn towards James and push him in.
He screams.
'Riley!'
We all laugh.
He swims up to me.
'Bend down. I want to tell you something'
I bend down but realise I made a mistake.
He grabs me and pulls me in.
I scream as I hit the cold water. I grab hold of James.
'Ahhh! Its freezing!'
He laughs.
'Got ya'
I let go of him and splash him and climb out shivering. He follows me.
'Well since theyve done it we all have to go in!' Emily smiles.
We all line up in a line to jump in.
'One! Two! Three!'
We all run and dive in screaming.
We all laugh and splash around. We get out and go and lye on the beach to dry off and warm up. I lye next to James. West takes his bottle of pacific water down to the sea.
'I hope your all watching! This has never been done before!' he says.
'West just do it! Its water! Nothing will happen!' Emily tells him.
'Emily! Youd bever know!' he says.
He pours it in and obviously nothing happenes cause its water.
He looks at us.
'Am...well thats my theory prooved thats its water. Im going to lye down' he says.
We laugh.
I look at James.
'That was so much fun' I tell him.
'Yeah. The best bit was pulling you in!'
I laugh and kiss him. I look at him.
'James I...'
'Hey guyes! What do you say to a dance to celebrate us been here!' Michelle calls out.
James looks at me.
'What were you going to say?'
'Nothing. Its fine'
'You sure?'
I nod.
We get up.
Whenever I want to tell him something I always get disturbed.
We all come together to dance. Michelle puts on some music and we start.

A crowd has gathered around us and they all cheer when were done.
'That was amazing guyes!' Miss Kate says.
We smile.
'I have some news. Since youve won regionals, and people here are a big fan of the studio, they are throwing a party for you guyes this evening at seven!'
We all cheer.
'So lets get back to the hotel and get ready!' she says.
We all go back and change.
I look through my things for a dress.
Emily! Do you have my dress cause I think I have yours!' I shout to her.
'Yeah you do! Come here!'
I walk into her room and she hands me the dress.
I sigh.
'Whats wrong?'
I look at her.
'You can tell me'
'Its just...I want to tell James something but I never get to cause were always disturbed'
'What do you want to tell him?'
'I want to tell him that...that I love him'
She smiles.
'Seriously! Thats amazing!'
'But I never get to'
'Well tell him tonight at the party'
'No. It just doesnt feel right'
'Then tell him when your alone. Somewhere peacefull'
I nod.
'Im going to finish getting ready' I tell her.
She nods.
'And thanks for the advise Em'
'Thats what Im here for'
I smile and go off and change.
I walk out of the room and see West and James waiting wearing a suit. James smiles at me.
'Your beautiful'
'Thank you' I smile kissing him.
Emily comes out of the room and Wests jaw drops.
'You guyes ready to go?' she asks.
'Yeah'
We leave at meet up with the others.

We sit down and have something to eat. When we're done some music starts to play.
'Want to dance?' James asks.
'Sure'
I take his hand and he leads me onto the floor.
We slowely dance together. I smile at him.
'What?'
'You got something on your shirt'
'Oh'
He looks down.
I lean in and kiss him.
He looks at me.
'Got ya'
He smiles.
'Ah. I see. Payback for today?'
I nod.
'Thats cute'
I smile and kiss him again.
I look down.
'Whats wrong?'
'Hmm? Oh nothing. Im fine'
I still dont know when I should tell him that I love him. Now would be the perfect time, but I just amnt feeling it.
'Are you sure? You can talk to me'
'Im sure'
He nods and kisses me again.
When the party is over we walk back to the hotel. Emily comes over to me.
'Well? Did you tell him?'
'Tell who what?'
'James. That you love him?'
'No I didnt'
'Why not?'
'It just didnt feel right. But I do know that it will happen tonigh. I just dont know when'
'Oh. Well me and West are going out for a drink soon so maby you could tell him then'
I look af her.
'You and West?'
'Yeah'
'Since when did you two hang out together?'
'I know what your thinking Riley and your wrong. We're just friends'
'Thats what I said about me and James before we got together'
'Riley!'
I laugh.
'Okay! Have fun'
I will.
'You ready?' West asks.
'Yep. Bye Riley'
'Bye'
They leave.
'Where are they going?'
'Out for a drink'
'Really? Emily and West? Since when did that happen?'
'I know right!'
We laugh.
I look at him.
'Im going over to see Eldon. Want to come?' James asks.
'No thanks. Ill stay here'
'Okay'
He kisses me and leaves.
Why dont I just tell him. Its not that hard.
I walk out onto the balcony and look around. I hear James walking back in. He comes out to me.
'What are you doing out here?'
'Just needed to get some air. I thought you went to visit Eldon?'
'Yeah but they were all getting ready for bed so I decided to come back'
I nod.
'Its beautiful out here' he says.
'Yeah it is. I just cant believe we did it. We actually won regionals. Ive been at the next step for my whole life and its been my dream to win it and now we have. And we're going to nationals'
'And soon we'll be going to internationals and winning the whole thing'
I smile.
'I owe it all to you really. If it wasnt for you I wouldnt be experiencing this at all'
'You deserve to be happy and if dance makes you happy then you have every right to do it'
I smile at him.
I put my head down.
'Are you feeling okay? Youve been acting odd. Whats up?'
'Nothing Im fine'
'You can talk to me'
I sigh.
I know that now is my only chance to tell him. Or it will never come out.
'Well theres this guy in my life that I really like and weve been dating for a while now. He told me that he loved me but I wasnt sure if I felt the same way so he said that we wouldnt rush things. Anyway weve become super close recently and my feeling for him has grown alot stronger. The thing is I want to tell him something, but Im to scared and nervous and dont want to say it because I dont know what will happen'
He smiles.
'Maby you could tell this guy what you want to tell him and Im sure it will be fine. And I know that hell support you anyway because he loves you'
'You really think so?'
He nods.
'So what if I told this really handsom guy who is about your height, with your hairstyle and same coloured eyes and who is extremly cute that I loved him?'
He freezes up.
'W-would that guy happen to be me?'
I nod.
'I love you James. It took me a while to realise it but I do. Your everything to me. And I love you so much'
He looks at me.
'I thunk that guy would say... actually that guy would say I love you too'
He smashes his lips omto mine. I smile.
'Im sorry I didny say it sooner. Its been on my mind all day and-'
'Riley. It doesnt matter. All I care about is that you said it and you feel the same way'
'But what if I would never have said it. Like ever in my life. Would you still date me?'
'Of course I would. Riley I love you and even if you only liked me Id be happy with that. Once we're together and are both happy nothing else really matters'
I smile and kiss him.
The door opens and West and Emily walk in.
They see me  and James on the balcony.
'Hey guyes. Whats happening here?' West asks.
'Dont even worry about it West' I smile.
'Riley! Thats my line!' James says.
I smile.
'Im going to bed. Goodnight' I say kissing James and walking off. Emily comes into the room and closes the door.
'Did you tell him?'
'Yeah'
'And!'
'He just kissed me saying he loves me too'
'Thats so sweet!'
I smile.
I lye down in bed and fall asleep.
Today couldnt have been more perfect. I cant wait for tomorrow.
