"That was some kiss," Sammy chuckled as she stepped into my room.

"What?" I blushed furiously.

"I saw that," she smirked. "I was on my way to your room when you guys make out right at the door. You should consider doing it more discreetly. What if one of the maids happened to walk past?"

"I...I..."

She burst out laughing, "It's really rare to see a stammering Allie Renaldo."

"Stop it," I pouted.

"So," she said after calming down. "It's official now, huh?"

I shrugged, "I don't know..."

"You don't know?" she exclaimed, amused. "After a kiss like that, you still don't know?"

"He makes me... feel so unsure of myself..."

"Does he give you the butterflies?"

"He does..."

"Don't you feel anything for him?" she demanded.

"I do...but..."

"But guilt is gnawing at you," she pointed out as she sat down. "Didn't I tell you earlier? Now it's going to be so hard to tell him the truth..."

"What should I do, Sam?" I pleaded.

"Well," she shrugged. "Find a chance and tell him the truth. I don't think he'll get mad at you at this stage. But if you drag it any longer..."

"Argghh..." I groaned, pulling at my hair. It had been a long time since I did that. It suddenly came to me that I had not done that since we came onboard; since I saw Niall again.

Sammy was humming her favourite song again – It's gotta be you.

"Incidentally," I asked. "What's with you and Harry?"

"Huh?" she looked at me, surprised.

"Aren't the two of you getting cosy?"

I caught her blush before she turned away. I walked over to her.

"Are you..."

"Well," she answered. "Maybe..."

"Really?" I broke into a smile. "That's cool..."

She laughed, "I don't know. We shall see. Anyway, I have nothing to hide."

I sighed.

I really had to find time to talk to Niall properly.

"Looking for Sammy?" I mused when I saw a curly-haired head popped into the ship's office.

"Eh..." he blushed.

"Come in," I invited.

"Can I?"

I nodded.

We were having a break before we resumed the boring monthly technical updates of the ship.

"Wow, this is so cool," he had his head bent over the various controls and buttons.

"You know about them?" I asked.

He shook his head, "Nope. But they still looked fascinating."

"Sammy went back to her room to take some files," I told him.
