"Oh my god, Allie!" Sammy's shrilling voice came through my door before her body appeared.

"What?" I answered with a frustrated tone. I was trying my best to concentrate in my proposal to be presented to the investor whom Mia and I would be meeting later in the week. Thanks to Chester, we had met up with five so far and they were willing to continue chipping in funds to Genovia. This final investor whom we would be meeting would be the toughest nut to crack, especially since he was a personal friend of the Duke as well as our largest investor.

It was absolutely necessary for me to prepare a flawless proposal and I really did not need any kind of interruption, especially not now.

"Look!" Sammy exclaimed excitedly as she shoved a magazine under my nose.

"Sammy!" I groaned.

"Sorry," she grinned sheepishly as she sat down in the chair. "Thought you should see this."

"What is it about?" I put aside my notes and took a look.

"You are in the news!"

I rolled my eyes, "Is that unusual?" I lost count of the times I had appeared on magazines and newspapers.

"Yes," she grinned. "Entertainment news."

"Entertainment news?" I cocked up my head.

"Uh huh. I bet that's new," she pointed out.

"What is it regarding?"

"Take a look," she indicated towards the article sitting before me.

It was a write-up of Niall's birthday trip back home with an 'unknown' girl. The 'unknown' girl was apparently waiting in the father's car when Niall hopped on. And she had stayed over at his house the entire time Niall was home until he somehow managed to sneak away back to London.

According to Niall, she was a very special friend and of his family. Apart from that, he had no wish to elaborate further. But it could almost be confirmed that the blond Irish was attached. There was a brief snapshot of the girl but mainly covered by a large sunglasses and an oversized beanie.

I laughed out loud.

The reporters were good. They managed to track us all the way down to Ireland. Thank goodness, they did not follow us back to Genovia. I could not imagine if I had arrived at the Castle with a trail of reporters on my tail – what the Prime's reaction would be. I probably would have been exiled immediately.

"Fantastic, isn't it?" she chuckled.

"Thank goodness, they lost us. I can't imagine Prime's face if they followed us here."

Sammy laughed. "He would probably drop dead."

I chuckled.

"So," she leaned forward. "How was his family?"

"They are so sweet," I gushed. "Everybody. His parents, his cousins, his uncles and aunties."

"They liked you?" she teased.

I shrugged, "I don't know."

"I think they do," she nodded her head. "Else, you would be complaining non-stop by now."

"Am I that horrible?" I narrowed my eyes.

She smirked, "You don't want to know."

"Anyway, they were really nice."
