Back in those days
After dealing with the Lupin family, Draco apparated back to the apartment. It was dark, and cold, all the windows shut tight, no color in the home at all. No sign of life.
Oh, he forgot. This wasn't his normal timeline. He didn't live here yet. He looked around, at how dull the place was. He didn't like it this way, not at all.
He blinked and all the lights were on, the place fully furnished. He swore to himself. He hated these little mini dreams, especially since most of them included three little children, which he assumed were his. He didn't like thinking about it.
He and Hermione weren't even married. Merlin, now that he'd gone back in time, he had a whole extra month to prepare himself for Hermione's plans.
Suddenly reminding him he was in a dream, Justin ran by, his height had shot up compared to normal day Justin, must be at least a year older. Then another boy whisked by Draco, though his height was up to his waist. Teddy. The toddler was two years older than Justin, who was only eleven months old back in Draco's timeline.
Here he had to be one and a half, which would make Teddy three. Teddy's hair turned a dark purple when he lost sight of Justin, who was now hiding behind the couch. Draco noticed him holding his mouth to keep himself from laughing.
Draco couldn't help but smile. This wasn't too far in the future. He loved seeing Justin so happy, and able to walk better yet.
His other dream, with the twins and the older teenage girl, took place in Malfoy Manor.
He remembered asking his father to get Voldemort out of Malfoy Manor so he could bring Hermione and the others there.
What if he spent the rest of his life there? He didn't want that very much, but shook the thought aside as he apparated to the correct place, the Slytherin common room.

"I, umm, well....." Pansy stuttered. Then had a good idea to get him off her back about it. "It's your fault anyway! If you hadn't of made me think you were dead in the first place it would have never happened!" Pansy snapped, she shoved him back to the ground and stood up, her arms crossed.
He groaned and then went silent. She was facing away from him, ignoring him as best she could. She had done all the healing spells she could, she just had to wait for him to be able to walk, or for her to be able to turn into a falcon and go get help.
After a few moments she dared to looked behind her at him on the ground. He had gone still, eyes closed.
And then the cycle started again when she checked his pulse and there was barely anything there and began to panic.
"Jack? Jack!? If you're faking this I will kill you for real." Pansy snapped, shaking him slightly. She knelt down and looked in his robes for his wand. She found it, broken as well, or at least the core was, the wood seemed perfectly fine.
"Ok Pansy, think. If you had a wand of course you could heal him better, but both of them are broken. What core does he have?" Pansy spoke to herself, checking the core of the wand intently. "Dragon Heartstring, same as mine. Thank goodness." She took the core out of her wand and combined the two cores as best she could. She put it in his wand and tested the wand by attempting to transfigure leaves into napkins. I worked at least.
"If I turn your insides to mush, Im so sorry." She whispered to the almost lifeless body. She must have shoved him down too hard. Ugh. Curse her and her uncontrollable strength, that and her stupid response to his question. She could have simply told him it was a mistake.
She hovered the wand over his head and mumbled a few spells, making the best wand movements she could, and made sure she pronounced the spell correctly.
She checked his pulse again, and it was still slow, but not so slow it was dangerous. She sighed of relief and sat next to him, hugging her bent knees. She looked up every once and a while to see if another black fume of smoke went by, it did twice. It seemed to be circling around, as though on a patrol.
Well must be a horrible death eater to have not noticed her and Jack down here. Or maybe it had noticed, and just didn't want her to know that it noticed.
Or maybe the death eater couldn't attack.....
It was her, death eaters had attacked her willingly before now. She looked to Jack right next to her. What was so special about him that the death eater wouldn't attack?
He was either:
family of one of the death eaters, and thereby declared safe.
dating one of them (She didn't want to feel the twinge of pain in her chest at that thought, but she did)
Or he was one of them. (And that thought hurt the most)
"Parkinson?" She heard him mumble.
"Jack!" She exclaimed, though she made no move to hug him (Or anything else she'd regret instantly afterwards).
"Ugh." He groaned, the pain finally kicking in fully. She used his wand with her core and transfigured a few things to make a bowl and a rag. She mumbled a quick aquamenti spell and filled the bowl with water, she set the damp cloth on his forehead to cool him off and to sooth a headache she knew was there.
"Don't move." She growled as he tried to sit up.
"Really? You said that you'd stop treating me so bad if I came out of where I was hiding." Jack snapped at her. She huffed quietly as she looked around again, looking for the familiar cloud of black smoke that ran overhead. It wasn't there luckily, so she could raise he voice slightly.
"Well...." She trailed off as she couldn't think of a good comeback. She sighed to herself, defeated. "Thank you." She said quietly, she avoided looking him in the eyes as she said it by taking the cloth from his forehead and respacing it with a cleaner one.
"Hmm?" He teased. He had most certainly heard it the first time and she knew it. She looked at him angrily, and her look of anger turned into a full out glare when she saw the smug look on his face. Ugh!
"You heard me!" She snapped. He grinned and she sighed, returning to cleaning the cloth so that it'd be ready when it came time to swap again. "Im with Blaise by the way, so I hope you didn't get any idea's." Pansy said quietly, she glanced over her shoulder at him, and he didn't seemed phased by it, other than the small glint of disappointment in his eyes.

Hermione almost screamed when she finally saw something about alternate universes that actually might help them.
"To return from an alternate universe, one must want to come back, it's as simple as that." She excitedly read the quote from the book. Then she frowned. "Then why isn't he back yet?" Hermione asked quietly.
