Draco walked into the woods with Blaise trailing behind him, they had searched the castle and all the grounds. Pansy was nowhere to be found. Then Draco remembered she was still out flying, and that Jack was with her. So he informed Blaise that she might still be in the woods. He agreed and now they were walking through the woods.

A few twigs snapped ahead. Draco and Blaise froze in their places, drawing out their wands like lightning. It could be Pansy of course, but it could also not be Pansy.

It was a small Ocelot. Hermione had shown him a book of every type of cat there was after he turned into a Lynx for the first time. Draco put his wand away and looked to Blaise.

"Go on ahead. I can handle it. Find Pans." Draco said in a quiet voice. Of course the Ocelot could be Bella, with her being a morphine and all. But he would take his chances. It was pacing. Death Eaters never paced unless Voldemort asked them to do a job they were actually afraid to do.

So that ruled Death eater out. Which means it was another student. Huh. The Wanderers must have spawned a chain reaction because it seemed like everyone was a Animagus now a days. It was a girl, based on the body language and the shape of the ears. Hermione taught him too much. He sighed, which was a mistake as it got the attention of the ocelot.

She bolted. Draco, out of instinct followed her. Anyone that ran had a reason to run. He turned into a lynx, the ground beneath his feet and the wind in his fur made him feel more at ease. He'd been so tense lately and it felt the weight of the world had been lifted from his shoulders.

He was on her tail in moments. She stopped when she realized he was going to tackle her if she didn't stop. Which he couldn't, he hadn't practiced tackling anything. He had only ran around as a Lynx. He had only ever tackled something once: when he saved Hermione from the wolf by the waterfall.

"What do you want?" She asked quietly. She seemed a little shy.

"All I want is to know why you ran." Draco asked.

Pansy groaned as she turned around again to see Jack hunched over, pretending to be in pain. He was getting on her nerves after half a hour of walking. The first few times he was in pain she had pity for him, but after the tenth time or so, she found out he was faking to get her attention or something, though, she kept getting this urge in the pit of her stomach, saying that he was pretending to get on her nerves, he was pretending to get her to slow down, like if she went too fast, something bad would happen.

But she pushed the thought aside, he wasn't that smart, if there was something wrong, he would have told her, and she would have stayed slow.

She spotted something ahead, and froze in her spot, like a deer in headlights. Her feet rooted to the ground. Jack bumped into her from behind, clearly he didn't notice her stop, or he did and he was just trying to be a jerk, again.

"Pans?" The Italian, snarky voice was instantly recognizable.

"Blaise!" Pansy yelled, suddenly she was able to move again, she ran towards Blaise, planning on hugging him, she felt Jack's fingers brush against her elbow, as though he was trying to grab her. Maybe there was something wrong. But she didn't stop anyway.

"Pansy! Don't!" Jack yelled. She felt a piercing pain in her side, forcing her to stop running. She swallowed hard, knowing that it might be the last time she could, it had certainly punctured one of her lungs, or at least it was about to.

"Pansy?" Blaise asked. She blacked out before she could respond, her head thudded on the ground, Blaise and Jack's voices ringing in her head.

~~~
Jack took the small knife out of her side carefully while Blaise used his wand to heal the wound up quickly. He tried to keep her going slow, by pretending he could barely walked. Of course he could walk just fine, she had done well with the magic she used to heal him up. He just needed her to stay slow. When they were flying back towards the castle, a death eater summoned him from below the trees.
He didn't mean to scare her, but he couldn't, not, go down to where the death eater awaited. If he didn't follow orders, he would be killed, and so would everyone he cared about, not like anyone he cared about was alive. But they had their ways of finding people. He was lucky enough to have made it back to Pansy before she killed herself. She obviously didn't know that the Death eaters had the power to keep others for changing shape.
His hands shook a little bit, but only slightly, not enough for the darker skinned Italian to notice at least. That death eater had threatened to kill her if she ran, because he thought if she ran, that meant she knew he was there. She had no idea he was there obviously. It was his fault she was hurt.
He should have stayed with Draco and allowed her to do her routine flight and come back home, without a scratch.
Fred and George emerged from the bedroom eventually, making odd side glances at Makayla sitting on the couch next to Hermione. Fred finally spoke up when Maya was out of the room.
"So how did you know?" Fred asked, not quite angrily, but slightly aggravated, as he had come to trust her and all the sudden she became mysterious.
"I heard him talking about it." Makayla said innocently, she had already known what he was talking about obviously, it wasn't like she had asked him what he was talking about, she just, automatically knew.
"You're a Legilimens." George exclaimed after a moment of putting the pieces together. Her expression dropped, and Hermione became confused quickly.
"Thank you for the healing," Makayla said calmly. "but, I must be going now." She said, and with a loud snap, she was out of the living room, and by the flurry of pine needles that erupted where she was sitting told them exactly where she went.
"I'll go." Fred said hastily when he saw Hermione stand up. And like that, he apparated to follow her. Of course, he didn't know the exact place she was in the forbidden forest, but he knew she was there, and he'd look for her as long as it took.
After about a hour of Fred being gone, the others assumed he was ok with Makayla. Hermione went back to work on things with Draco. She sat in Justin's room, that Hermione and Draco were supposed t be staying in. Lucius told her that the manor would be available to move into after a few days of him cleaning it up  and locking certain doors for Teddy and Justin.
Lucius had also told her that Draco was the one that asked him to clean the place up. Draco apparently got the same feeling she did, that the apartment was getting a little crowded. She put her wand to her head and drew out a memory, the day her and Draco were at Mc. Donald's. She smiled as the memory played, she reversed it to the time when they were cashing out at the mall and she had called him her boyfriend.
She smiled as she let the memories play on. Justin crawled onto her lap after hearing Draco's voice. He missed him as much as she did. They both wanted him to come home.
"Daddy?" Justin asked, looking as the memories went by. Hermione smiled sadly and hugged Justin closer.
"Yeah, that's daddy." She said in a soft whisper. Draco was missing Justin's talking, his learning to walk, he was missing everything.
The two sat and watched memories pass for a few hours, Hermione crying through over half of it, and Justin would look up at her, looking all confused, but she would only smile and kiss his forehead. When he returned to watching it, he returned to crying though.
"Come back to me." She thought to herself.
