Fifty Shades of Blue

Here's the list of questions, there's no need to worry.  Just get as many of these answered as you can.  Take a few notes and it'll be over before you know it.  Kuroko's words kept replaying in Kagami's mind.  He swallowed, trying to remember to be calm, but that ended up making him more nervous.

Here he was walking into the lobby of Aomine's company.  It was so classy and high end, everyone in suits.  Kagami felt so out of place in his dark jeans and department store button up shirt.  Even his hair was messier and falling in front of his face while everyone here had their hair carefully pushed back and neatly styled.  Kagami knew he was out of his league too because he kept getting looks from everyone too.  They knew he didn't belong.

Kagami took a deep breath and walked up to the clerk at the front desk.  She just looked up at him, even though she was seated, her head was tilted in such a way that she could look down her nose at him.  He swallowed, smiling, "I'm here for an interview with Aomine-san."

Her eyebrows raised and she just looked at him a moment longer.  Obviously, everyone here thought he was a joke.  He knew he shouldn't have come.  After a minute, she looked down at her computer, "What's your name?"

"Kagami Taiga," he said.  He really hoped that Kuroko hadn't been lying and his name wasn't actually listed on Aomine's calendar.

She typed away on the computer for a moment.  She pursed her lips, "I'll get you a guest pass and you can go up to his office."  She printed out a sticker name tag for Kagami and handed it to him.  "Go to the elevator and up to the top floor.  Check in with Aomine-san's assistant there."

Kagami took the badge and nodded.  He put the badge on and walked over to the elevators, ignoring everyone giving him strange looks.
